We are seeking an experienced gaffer to join our team for an upcoming low budget found footage horror film project. The majority of the project will take place indoors, and our aim is to utilize practical lighting wherever possible. Our goal is to achieve a naturalistic and eerie lighting style that enhances the atmospheric tension of the film.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the director and production team to execute the desired lighting setup for each scene.
Set up and operate lighting equipment efficiently and effectively.
Utilize creative solutions to achieve the desired lighting effects within the constraints of a low budget production.
Work in tandem with the camera team to ensure optimal lighting conditions for capturing footage.
We offer flexible payment options, including flat rate or weekly payments, based on your preference. The job entails shooting on two indoor locations, without the need for extensive lighting setups.
