I'm Jenae, a producer with Modern Innovation. We are in need of a Gaffer for our upcoming shoot with InternXL in Washington DC August 6 & 7 2024. They are hosting a scholar program for college students where we will be filming executive interviews and broll of student interactions.

I am uncertain if this will be a half day or whole day as of now so if you could please provide your rates for both, that would be awesome!

I'd also love to know what your kit/ fee is as well as a list of what's in it!

We don't need a full truck. This shoot requires:
- A tripod
- Heir light w/ some sort of bounce or negative fill
- key light w/ some sort of diffuser. Perhaps a soft box, 4x4, grid, or 8x8?
- Boom Pole, Boom pole holder
- 600D or similar option
- Hoping for some sort of cart to move equipment back and forth.

In search of a Gaffer with a 1-ton package or similar, local to or willing to work as a local to Cincinnati, OH. This shoot will be for a feature documentary, mostly b-roll, which will require some small units and grip gear.

The documentary's subject matter is neurodiversity/neurosensitivity, and we will feature those from within the community. The individuals participating have kindly offered to share their stories, and we seek to celebrate them while telling honest and informative stories.

A little about our team: our team values individuals with diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and we foster a welcoming environment for all. Particularly for this documentary about neurodiversity/neurosensitivity, we encourage those from within the community to apply - we welcome those who can bring a more specific perspective to the team.

We will be conducting video-conference interviews to discuss the specific needs of this production in greater detail.

Rate is for 12 hours, plus a negotiable kit fee for gear
