We’re looking for a full-time Broadcast Graphic Designer and Operator/Integrator with a deep understanding of esports streaming and TV production. The position would work from our studio or office in Las Vegas. Candidates must be resourceful team players who are passionate about video games, esports and broadcasting. Candidates must also be excellent at multitasking with the ability to conceptualize and design in broadcast and web media. Highest quality concepting, and hands-on design skills are a requirement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Conceptualizing and creating original broadcast graphics assets from initial concept to finalized art, including logos, 2D animations, icons, lower-thirds, title cards, chips, bugs, slates, wipes, animated backgrounds and motion graphics;
● Organizing, archiving, and backing up projects on a consistent basis;
● Participating in weekly creative meetings with producers and executive teams and implementing creative feedback form key stakeholders;
● Maintaining brand identity while successfully integrating new creative ideas on an evolving basis;
● Designing and integrating graphics into Xpression;
● Working on the production line as a Graphics Operator;
● Creating and developing digital marketing collateral and advertising, social media templates, presentations, renderings and website images as needed;
● Design breakthrough creative for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, as needed;
● Such other duties as may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
● Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Microsoft Excel)
● 1-2 years experience working with Ross XPression Designer and Ross XPression Studio
● Familiar with Ross Talk and a Ross Production environment is a plus
● Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute the creation of original GFX for projects
● Strong spelling and grammar skills
● Thick skinned, good listener and able to take constructive criticism
● Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
● Experience with 3D software, such as Cinema 4D, is a plus
● An understanding of esports, video gaming and streaming culture and practices is preferred
● Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends
● 1-2 year working in the video game, esports or traditional sports industry preferred but not required
