Looking for HMU to help out with a sit down interview shoot in Livermore, CA. It will be one female talent and about a 3-4 hour day.

Pay is at HALF DAY RATE as it will be less than 6 hours.

Looking for HMU for a one-day shoot on June 2nd in Seattle, Washington. The project is for a consumer brand. The shoot will act as a press day to kick off an experiential campaign for the brand. There will be two talent. Minimal hair is needed. Make up & touch ups as needed.

We are looking for a hair stylist or a hair/makeup combo artist for the second half of a feature film. The first half was filmed in Texas. The remaining half that we need someone for will be filmed in the DMV area May 30-June 16. We need grip, hair, make-up, prop master, PA's and production coordinator.

There will only be 2 females that need to be worked on during the whole time. One for one day and one for 2 days. All other actors are short haired males.

Looking for a seasoned HMU Artist with true-crime Recreation experience to provide HMU for our four-day Recreation shoot.

Responsibilities include providing Hair and Makeup services for our Recreation Actors. There are typically 2-3 people in a scene at a given time (cast members will be both male and female, of varying ethnicities and skin tones.)

Scorpion is looking to book a hair & make up artist for a corporate interview shoot at a law firm on May, 30th. The law firm is located in San Ramon, CA. It would be approximately a 7 hour day - We are looking for a simple, organic and subtle look; think touch ups. It seems like it's only one interviewee so I am hoping to wrap you up earlier. Must be a local. We are prioritizing local hires as no travel expenses will be approved.

The Hair and Makeup Artist will be responsible for the daily application of makeup and light hairstyling for 1-2 hosts and up to 6 guests. The role will require a high level of proficiency in makeup application for both women and men, as well as the ability to work quickly and understand the pace of television news. This position reports to the Production and Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities

- Apply makeup and light hairstyling for 1-2 regular hosts and up to 0-6 guests for a daily TV news broadcast.
- Style hair and apply makeup appropriately for television on deadline and with a high level of proficiency.
- Maintain and organize inventory and supplies.
- Keep the hair and makeup room tidy.
- Reliably report for work on-time to perform work in advance of an 8:00 a.m. live TV broadcast.

Qualifications

- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of cosmetic/make-up experience working in LIVE television news getting talent camera ready.
- Must have the ability to work with varied face shapes, all skin tones, and hair textures.
- Demonstrated ability in hairstyling for both men and women.
- Promptness and dependability are a must.
- A warm, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Maintain a professional manner as a representative of Democracy Now! when greeting and looking after talent appearing on-air.
- Formal beauty or makeup technical school certification preferred.
- Must be available to work week shifts starting at 7:00 a.m. for the live daily TV & radio newscast at 8 a.m.

Compensation

- $200 - $225 per day for a 7:00 - 9:30 a.m. shift
