We are seeking a Hair & Make-Up Artist for a short documentary for a non-profit in Chicago, IL on Wednesday, July 31. We'll be conducting three roughly 45 minute interviews. Experience with a range of skin tones is critical, so please share your make-up experience in that regard.

We will ask subjects to come camera ready, so HMU responsibilities will be to do an initial touch up before we roll, then provide touch ups or powder throughout the interviews, manage fly-aways, etc.

We're looking for someone who is local to Chicago or who can travel to the north side of Chicago easily (within 1 hour commute).

We are looking for a hair and makeup artist for a two day ad shoot in the Erie, PA area. You will be expected to work with at least several talent members of varying genders at both interior and exterior locations. Our rate for a HMUA is $750 per day of filming.

Who We are:
We are a small, independently financed production company seeking a Hair & Make Up Artist for our upcoming Ultra Low Budget horror/psychological thriller feature. This will be this team's second feature together, our director’s 9th.

Who We Are Looking For:
Someone who enjoys working with a small team, good attitude, with creative eye who remains present in scene

Scope of Project:
Cast of 7 (only ever 5 or less at a time) at a lake house, all but two scenes in same location; Set in summer, present day, all female cast (except 3 scenes).

Generally going for a natural look for all cast, minimalist make up looks, simple hair styles. Actors can help prep their own hairstyles so your focus can be on makeup and touch ups.

SFX:
For the most part this film does not involve SFX makeup except for two notable scenes. We can discuss needs for this further in interview.

Dates:
Shooting Dates: 8/18 - 9/6 (5 day weeks with either Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun dark, pending locked schedule); Will consist of splits & overnights.

What We Can Offer:

1 Courtesy meal and 1 Catered meal per shoot day.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair and Makeup Artist to join our production team for a TV pilot filming for 2 weeks in the Chicago area. Filming is scheduled between the end of August through early September. The HMU will be needed for 11, 12-hour days of filming. On heavier days, there will be a HMU Assistant provided.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the desired look for actors through hair and makeup, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the filming process.

Responsibilities:

Design and Application:
- Collaborate with directors, costume designers, and actors to create suitable hair and makeup styles that reflect characters and settings.
- Develop sketches and concepts for approval prior to application.
- Apply makeup and style hair to achieve the desired look, using various techniques and products.

On-Set Maintenance:
- Perform touch-ups and maintain hair and makeup continuity throughout filming.
- Ensure that makeup and hair designs are consistently applied across different scenes and shooting days.

Collaboration and Communication:
