Looking for two production health PA's to join a busy team on a large-scale TV show. One role is in testing and one is location logistics.

The testing role will primarily be assisting the Background Testing Coordinator with tracking and recording all background testing on a show that expects to have hundreds of back ground cast every week. The work week would be shifted slightly and would run Sunday-Thursday, with Friday and Saturday as the "weekend"

The set PA would primarily be helping with on-set needs including setting up and breaking down PPE stations, maintaining purifiers and scrubbers, driving the team van, and helping enforce the company mask policy and general health and safety policies. This role may occasionally help out the testing team as well when needed. The week work week would be a standard Monday-Friday.

Collaborate with the Senior Director to propose automated solutions addressing business challenges and improving processes.
Provide necessary training and guidance to division personnel to facilitate their daily tasks and achieve long-term objectives effectively.
Ensuring accuracy and timely submission of yearly FBAR reports using the ION IBAM system.
Conducting quarterly user access reviews across our banking platforms.
