The Position

*** is seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative creative leader to oversee brand creative marketing across the Growth & Lifecycle (On-Platform, Demand Generation & Product Marketing) and Always-on Performance *** teams. You'll use both sides of your brain, taking complex data and turning it into breakthrough, brand-defining creative.

As the Creative Director you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of creative writers, producers, art directors and designers (both internally + externally) to develop and execute on the master brand positioning and strategy. You'll not only build integrated, brand-centric campaigns that will drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across all the channels but create genuine brand love for *** .

This role will partner closely with its Performance *** and Creative Ops counterparts to drive the conceptualization, development, execution, always-testing and always-learning of creative on-product and across social channels. You'll co-pilot the creative strategies and campaigns, lead creative testing and collaborate with internal teams and agency partners on improving and optimizing creative performance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of brand creative experience inclusive of performance and growth marketing; experience in entertainment or DTC/Product creative marketing a plus. Link to online portfolio required
• A successful track record for translating marketing briefs to innovative creative campaigns that drove user acquisition and engagement and contributed to brand love; comfortable with leading high-volume creative deliverables.
• A proven history of developing creative strategies across all social platforms and inspiring work for a challenger brand in order to differentiate in a crowded marketplace.
• Direct experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional partners ( *** , marketing, creative ops), internal creatives (art directors, writers, producers) and external agency partners.

Role Summary

The *** Universal Advertising and Partnerships Communications team is looking for a pro-active self-starter who is passionate about communications and is willing to roll-up their sleeves and dive into all thing's *** relations, research, tracking, writing and more, supporting the company's business goals. The Communication Coordinator, Advertising and Partnerships, serves as a key member of the team aiding the department's day-to-day operations, ensuring that all aspects of the Communications department run smoothly.

This individual will specifically work on the External Communications vertical and will support communications responsibilities, including Event Management, Partnership Executions, Sports and Entertainment Sponsorship Communications, Awards Management, Client & Agency Communications, Research Management, and Data and Technology Product Communications. In addition, this individual will assist the team with various administrative functions and operational duties and may be involved in special projects across the group.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

• Support administrative needs of the Communications department (coordinate calendar, IT, supplies and facilities services, set up and produce in-person and virtual meetings, take detailed notes during key meetings, keep external press lists and internal distribution lists up to date, maintain executive bios & headshots, organize team files, assist with meeting prep, develop decks, as well as help to manage billing, invoices and expenses, and book travel as needed)

• Liaises with various key departments to coordinate information for corporate communications needs

Job Description

As part of the *** U Cable Creative Marketing Department, the production coordinator will be responsible for operational and project management duties involved with show marketing campaigns across BRAVO, E!, OXYGEN, SYFY, USA NET****, and UNIVERSAL ****.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the production, approvals, and delivery process for a high volume of show marketing deliverables including On Air, Social, Digital, Paid *** , & Design
• Track incoming creative briefs, manage assets and folder organization for new projects, and update status documents and tracking platforms accordingly
• Act as a liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Programming/Development, Multiplatform, Social, Publicity, *** , Legal, Ad Sales, etc.
• Effectively communicate project details such as deadlines, changes in schedule, and legal feedback to internal teams
• Facilitate onboarding of new vendors and act as key communicator with vendors throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Book VO Artists and VO auditions. Manage VO contracts, scheduling, and invoicing
• Maintain all marketing music cues and reports
• Code, process and track all production team invoices. Partner with VP Production and the finance team on coding, accruals, pacing, financial quarter close, and new vendor setups.
• Help maintain campaign production budgets in airtable. Work with project managers to keep all estimates and billing up to date.
• Schedule meetings and maintain the calendar for the SVP of Creative.
• Assist SVP of Creative with travel coordination and expenses.
• Partner with SVP to assist with other creative projects as needed.
• Actively participate in department and team brainstorms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry and/or post production
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, TV & Film or Advertising/Marketing preferred
• Must be willing to occasional longer hours on weeknights and some weekends

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Freelance Production Assistant to be part of a one-year Rotational Program with the *** Weather Programming team. If your dream is to be a producer and you are interested in gathering more experience in this industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Freelance Production Assistants will rotate among morning/weekend, midday, and primetime programming teams, immersing themselves in different dayparts, each with its own unique strategy and feel. This is an incredible opportunity to learn about all aspects of programming over the course of one year!

As a Freelance Production Assistant, you have great communication skills, love to learn, and are an A+ team player. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with a team, and are eager to advance within the company.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pitch stories daily with topics ranging from the most important breaking weather news to features on weather-related stories of interest
• Provide support to the production team as they build segments, manage breaking news, and work on long-term projects
• Find the best sound bites, video and graphics for the most informative and compelling segments
• Write banners, cut video, and on the rare occasion, book guests all while quickly responding to breaking weather news
• Quickly identify strong user-generated content from multiple sources, ensuring the best elements are incorporated into *** Weather coverage
• Work in coordination with Associate Producers, Producers, and Senior Producers
• Find the best sound bites, video, live cameras and graphics for the
• most informative and compelling segments

**** YOU **** NEED

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
• Prior internship or job experience in a related field
• Must have a passion for the weather - weather experience a plus
• Willing and able to work under tight deadlines while juggling several tasks at once
• Social *** savviness
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $17.79-18.75 per hour. We provide Freelancers medical/dental/vision insurance and 401k after they meet eligibility criteria and any State required time-off, in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
