Looking for an experienced union coordinator familiar with reality TV. This is an office/remote position supporting varying reality production teams on set and in the field. The position involves the standard production paperwork, but also vendor and production resources research, particularly in regard to new filming locations across the country and abroad.

Must be comfortable cold calling vendors and PAs. Experience with Scenechronize is a plus. Strong digital organization skills are a must.

On call and guaranteed 12 hour days, 5 days a week.

Looking for a Production Supervisor with verité follow documentary experience. It's important for this role to be able to handle quick, last minute changes as this is a true verité documentary, where plans are consistently being re-adjusted. The shoot schedule is never 100% set in stone; but will be roughly Sept/October through April.

This position is to oversee all field aspects within the day-to-day of our filming.  While reporting to the Line Producer, this position will be in direct contact with all members of the producing team and crew to ensure things on the ground run smoothly.   They will be on the ground in the field for all filming and work closely with the producers and crew.  This will most likely not be filming in Los Angeles, however the location is still TBD.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
-Set up safe & healthy environment
o   Report any misconduct or safety concerns to Line Producer or Company directly.
o   Report any insurance concerns to Line Producer or Company directly.
      
- Oversee all daily logistics for field with coordinator; including but not limited
o   Production Office/Tech Room Set Up
o   Crew & Equipment travel to/from field and daily transportation.
o   Housing
o   Meals
o   Keeping Line Producer informed of any day-to-day changes that incur cost.
o   Keep commutative throughline between field producing team and crew for day to day and in the moment schedule changes.

- Create and Distro Call Sheets, Production Reports with Line Producer approval.
o   Work with Showrunner, Director and/or Field Producer on day-to-day schedules
o   Confirm schedules comply with legal and Company rules.
  
-Oversee tracking and obtaining needed releases for filming such as location, materials, appearance releases, etc.
-Help maintain folders and logistics documents for series google drive to make sure logs, documents, grids, releases are maintained and kept up to date and accurate.
-Work in conjunction with camera and post team to make sure all media needs are met and footage is shipped properly to Dailies house + Company·       
-Work in conjunction with field camera and sound to make sure camera and sound reports are filled out and uploaded to correct folder in a timely manner.·      
-Maintain Crew and Cast list   
-Work in conjunction with Line Producer on any new crew start work.     
-Reconcile in field Amex, Cashet or PC with accounting team as applicable. 
-Obtain and secure permits as applicable.      
-Review timecards for pre-approval.   
-Delegate applicable tasks to Production Coordinator and PA's.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift and push 50-75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the production process, and maintaining open and clear lines of communication between Production and Studio Operations, and various other cross-department teams as needed. The Production Coordinator is an integral role on our Production Operations team that assists in keeping our steady flow of productions on track and running smoothly from start to finish. The role takes daily direction from Production Managers, and reports to the Manager of Production Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate communication between teams:
- Effectively manage booking inquiries and communication with freelance crew, and assist with booking paperwork and timecards.
- Create and distribute call sheets and manage related logistical communications.
General studio duties:
- Maintaining the general tidiness of the studio and production workspace.
- Assisting the Studio Operations Team in ensuring that all sets and studio spaces are prepared for bookings.
Track production expenses to ensure that costs are approved and actualized, under the direction of production managers:
- Execute production purchases and rentals as required.
- Gather and ensure that receipts and expenses accrued during productions are properly added to budget tracking platforms.
- Flag any potential overages to production managers promptly for approval.
Assist in coordinating the stocking, ordering, and shipping of a wide variety of client products needed for productions, including:
- Gathering talent size / customization information from casting and placing direct orders, if required.
- Shipping product to talent when necessary from in-studio inventory.
- Coordinate with Studio Operations to ensure product is available for in-studio productions.
Provide physical presence on set to ensure any day-of logistical needs are handled:
- Provide studio access, and act as point of contact for freelance crew and talent.
- Place crew lunch orders for in-studio and off-site productions.
Assist on production sets as needed, dependent on availability and workload.
Comply with and assist in enforcing all on-set safety protocols, set etiquette, and professional conduct standards on all productions.

Production Managers needed for show involving approximately 1.25 months prep and 1.25 months travel to multiple destinations within the United States.

Looking for experienced Production Managers able to handle 25-person satellite teams across various States. Primary responsibilities include:

-With assistance from a Production Coordinator, take charge of day-to-day running of satellite team and set
-With assistance from Travel department, take responsibility for the movement of your team and gear by vehicle or plane to various locations within the country
-Maintain constant lines of communication with Producing team, ensure creative needs are being addressed
-Track, maintain, and efficiently use the budget for your team in concert with the Line Producer
-With assistant from the Talent department, ensure the welfare of 3-6 talent
-Maintain contact with LP, EIC, and Office team regarding any questions or needs
-Ensure any/all safety requirements are adhered to in concert with Insurance and Legal teams
-Ability/freedom to solve or address on-set issues as they arise
