About the team:
The Creative Operations team oversees the backend of the Marketing team in their work of bringing structure, improving processes and sharing metrics to the creative process in order to optimize timeliness, capacity and costs.
About the role:
This role will be responsible for both high impact marketing campaigns (e.g. Holiday) and smaller marketing initiatives, and will use their program management experience to manage budgets, lead launches, and plan initiatives from beginning to end on a large marketing team for a well known online platform that supports small businesses.
Additionally in this role, they will:
· Lead end-to-end concepting and execution efforts, remove blockers for teams as they arise and communicate project updates with appropriate team members.
· Proactively flag risks and highlight potential solutions as project delays and scope shifts occur.
· Strategically dissect briefs and project requests to ensure objectives are clearly articulated at onset of project and team is in agreement
· Plan and lead launches and project kickoffs
· Develop and own timelines, negotiate delivery schedules and scope as needed, oversee quality control according to defined deliverables and objectives, while adhering to defined budget.
· Lead photo and video shoots and as needed.
· Create estimates and timelines for manager and agency review
· Convene the project team at critical points to resolve issues
· Escalate issues to senior manager when appropriate
