ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pull and stage equipment from warehouse for outbound orders
• Scan corresponding barcodes for each item, including multiple pieces within one unit
• Scan inbound equipment when returned and check for missing parts and test EQ for damage
• Filing and organization of paperwork and maintenance of the L&G Dept records
• Customer Service
• Periodically answer telephone
• Email
• Initiate damage and lost items reporting to supervisor
• Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Work cooperatively within a team and with other departments

• Create stock checks and short lists to maintain accurate inventory counts

Looking for experienced utilities for a corporate event in Reno, NV on May 2nd. This will be a one day set-shoot-strike. Must have experience working on live events/broadcasts. Utilities will be responsible for running cabling, building cameras, and assisting with load-in and strike.

Looking for a Nashville-area gaffer and excellent collaborator to work with me on a b-roll shoot we have coming up 4/29-5/1. We'll be filming a flooring installation in a home, and on the final day, the finished rooms with installed floors.

Looking for someone ideally with a lighting package that allows us to be somewhat mobile. Open to options, but I could see us getting a lot of use out of a 300D with a battery and softbox/lantern, and some tube lights. Battery power isn't strictly necessary but would be nice to have. In any case we have another $200/day for the rental ($600 total for the job). Let me know what you can put together for that.

The gaffer oversees the lighting crew, ensuring that all lights are properly positioned, powered, and controlled to enhance the visual storytelling and support the director's creative vision.Plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the production process. Their responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, arranging for locations and permits, and ensuring that the production runs smoothly from pre-production through post-production.
