Looking to hire a seasoned LP for a first season docu-series in the Houston area.

This position provides management, leadership and oversight across a logistic-heavy production with many moving parts and tight timelines to stay on top of.

This role will work closely with the EP/Showrunner in the field, reporting to the company’s Production Executive in LA to ensure the production is fully supported to meet the creative needs, whilst staying on schedule and on budget, ensuring the safety of cast and crew are always a priority.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production management, ensuring creative and logistic expectations are met by facilitating communication, thinking strategically, leveraging efficiencies, utilizing local resources and relationships while maximizing budgetary and schedule parameters.

This person must have a strong background in production management on docu-series.

SKILLS:
- Experience with overseeing production logistics on various documentary and reality shows
- Working knowledge of labor laws and
- Understanding of Music licensing, as the production will shoot live bands performances and will need to ensure we have all necessary licenses
- Strong communicator that is direct and purposeful in all communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible and ready to adapt to change
- Team player, able to collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with both creative and production teams
- Detailed, organized and experienced with cost tracking, budget management and working with various departments to stay on budget and schedule
- In-depth, working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Strong management, financial and negotiation skills
- Strong listening, written and verbal skills
- Creative problem-solving and objective decision-making skills

We are looking for a Line Producer for a first season follow-doc series shooting in Los Angeles and in various cities across the US and Europe. LP will be in charge of hiring (with EP's). Candidate should be skilled in managing all production logistics, financial oversight, tracking and reporting as well as working with post team to develop post schedule. LP will have some travel, but mostly will have a PM that will travel. When traveling all costs are covered by production with $50/day per diem. Must have valid passport.

Position will be remote but must be willing to come to office in Burbank when needed.

We are a small crew looking for a Production Assistant local to the Atlanta, GA Area. Previous set experience is a must!

This position will require driving of company minivans and cargo vans, along with crew and gear. Eligibility will be based on a driving/background check.

Should be knowledgeable about the area and freeways. Must be comfortable going on runs and assisting with crew meals. As well as assisting with different departments on an as-needed basis.

Must provide a valid drivers license & reliable transportation.

Searching for a PA to work on a medium-large scale outdoor product shoot for a gardening company. We are specifically seeking a PA who can work closely with Producers on logistical tasks as they come up in addition to handling crafty and meals.

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production is also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. ISO of a seasoned PA to help a crew traveling in from NYC for a reality docuseries with airport pick ups/drop offs/runs on 5/23 & 5/25 and shooting on 5/25. Responsibilities will include, assisting with load in/out, driving, lunch orders, additional runs as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant, used to working with small documentary crews or a few days filming in Atlanta. Our crew is a UK team and is flying over for a few days to record sit down interviews and follow observational verity. We will work up to 12 hour days, and duties will include driving one of the crew's minivans, parking, getting craft, meals, waiting with kit and generally helping out.
