Looking to hire a seasoned LP for a first season docu-series in the Houston area.

This position provides management, leadership and oversight across a logistic-heavy production with many moving parts and tight timelines to stay on top of.

This role will work closely with the EP/Showrunner in the field, reporting to the company’s Production Executive in LA to ensure the production is fully supported to meet the creative needs, whilst staying on schedule and on budget, ensuring the safety of cast and crew are always a priority.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production management, ensuring creative and logistic expectations are met by facilitating communication, thinking strategically, leveraging efficiencies, utilizing local resources and relationships while maximizing budgetary and schedule parameters.

This person must have a strong background in production management on docu-series.

SKILLS:
- Experience with overseeing production logistics on various documentary and reality shows
- Working knowledge of labor laws and
- Understanding of Music licensing, as the production will shoot live bands performances and will need to ensure we have all necessary licenses
- Strong communicator that is direct and purposeful in all communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible and ready to adapt to change
- Team player, able to collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with both creative and production teams
- Detailed, organized and experienced with cost tracking, budget management and working with various departments to stay on budget and schedule
- In-depth, working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word

Line Producer wanted to create a budget and schedule for a feature film that will shoot in NYC.

Must have verifiable feature film LP credits for at least 1m.
Budget will likely be at least 5m so experience is key. (Movie Magic software)

Experience working in New York with local crews is also necessary.

Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience. This will be discussed individually.

Film is not yet listed on IMDB as information is being kept confidential.

A start date is listed, but this is flexible as is the duration.
The right person is more important than exact time and dates.
Ideally, the LP will be available for the production.

Position Overview:
The Contracted Line Producer will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the efficient execution of the project from pre-production to completion. While most work will be remote during the pre-production phase, some travel may be involved, with travel expenses covered by the production.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the production budget, including allocating funds for various departments and expenses.
- Create and maintain the production schedule, coordinating with cast and crew availability, location requirements, and logistical considerations.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Line Producer on feature film productions.

- Solid understanding of the filmmaking process, including production workflows, equipment requirements, and industry best practices.

We are looking for a Line Producer for a first season follow-doc series shooting in Los Angeles and in various cities across the US and Europe. LP will be in charge of hiring (with EP's). Candidate should be skilled in managing all production logistics, financial oversight, tracking and reporting as well as working with post team to develop post schedule. LP will have some travel, but mostly will have a PM that will travel. When traveling all costs are covered by production with $50/day per diem. Must have valid passport.

Production company looking for a Line Producer for a few unscripted projects. The job will be working at our offices, and will have support from our in-house team, as well as other freelance hires, if necessary. The job will be a combo of office and field work, and may be out of town. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, and able to build budgets and track costs. Would also be great if you had experience on union jobs.

Non union reality show seeking local field coordinator for a one day shoot in the Providence area. Helping facilitate between NY team, and field team the day of schedule. Looking for someone that can communicate well with the field PM and execute whatever task the team needs day of to keep the shoot moving (lunch orders, prop runs, and wrapping end of day smoothly)

Stamford, CT - based production company looking for a local Office Production Assistant to join our team.

MUST be local to Stamford, CT area. This position will report to the local PO daily.

Applicants should be ambitious, hardworking, professional, and detail oriented.

Candidates must possess the following attributes:
Goal-oriented and motivated
Must be well-organized and knowledge of tv production workflow. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask a must.
Excellent written communication skills
Must have office/admin experience along with TV/Film Production familiarity.

Strong experience working with Excel and various spreadsheet programs
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skillset.

This is a Mon-Fri office position entirely in-person.

New show for Discovery that has filmed three episodes already around Los Angeles, will film two more, and then continue on across the U.S. until approx July 3. All travel expenses covered + per diem for shoots outside of LA. Must work as a local for LA shoots. Will depart for South and East coast approx June 1 and return approx July 3.

Smaller crew show based around houses and interesting items (think American Pickers) where we will likely be working hard and fast while on the road with some prep time in between episodes. One or two weeks of LA prep, two weeks of LA shoots, and then we'll be on the road to other cities. You're jumping in midstream for someone we had who was wonderful but had to leave our lovely band of merry travelers.

This show needs a PC that is borderline spiritual in their commitment to organization and someone that can communicate efficiently and problem solve on-the-fly. Accounting excellence and spreadsheet detail oriented a must. Love it if you also have a sense of humor, but I suppose that one is optional. Your PM and LP have been doing this a long time and tend to try to make this work life something we enjoy and to hire people that work together well and are generally affable.
