Looking for a Line Producer for a new reality series. Series is 24/7 house reality. 6-7 weeks of filming total inclusive of pre-shoots and pickups. Shoot location for 24/7 is TBD, but this position will be required in the field for the entire duration of the shoot. Pre-production will be fully remote, may require some pre-production travel as needed.

This is NOT the job for a PM looking to move up, or someone with only one or two LP credits.

Position is set to start 8/19/24 and run for approximately 25 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, cost tracking, and logistics.
- Hire, manage and coordinate a large crew, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Handle the logistics of a 24/7 filming schedule, including equipment, locations, and personnel.
- Monitor and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during production.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary equipment and services at a fair and budget friendly price.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the production environment is safe for all participants and crew members.
- Provide regular updates to EIC on the status of the project & budget.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Producer, with a focus on reality TV and 24/7 filming.
- Proven ability to lead and manage production team and large crews in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong experience in budget management, and cost control.
- Excellent organizational and logistical planning skills.
- Ability to anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and be on-call as needed for a 24/7 production. Position will be in the field for the duration of filming.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with house reality and/or dating shows.
- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
- Previous experience with large crew series.

Dresser Duties include:
• Helping dress the girls
• Helping keep order forms on clipboards and pens on the tables
• Cleaning up trash off the tables between buyers
• Rehanging dresses

Steamer Duties include:
• Steaming gowns and dresses

ISO Production Assistant to work on a true crime interview project filming in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities will include assisting with load-in and load-out of locations, helping facilitate crew meals, and executing production runs at the direction of the producer/creative team.

Experienced PM type needed! Must have a great attitude and the ability to work well with staff, crew and talent. Also must have ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, knowledge of payroll, schedule crew, and handle on location production needs.

Freelance Stage Hand/Production Assistant Needed for Live Corporate Event

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Stage Hand/Production Assistant to assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of equipment for a live corporate event.

Event Details:

Dates: July 31st - August 2nd, 2024
Time: 8:30 AM - 5:30/6:00 PM each day
Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up gear on July 30th, including projectors, screens, sound system, and cabling.
Record roaming video during the event.
Provide breaks for team members as needed.
Help troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Assist with tearing down equipment on August 2nd after the event concludes.

Requirements:

Experience in event setup and production assistance.
Familiarity with AV equipment (projectors, screens, sound systems).
Basic troubleshooting skills for AV and technical equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.

4 Days total, generally 8-5:30pm. $400 a day

Additional Information:

Initial setup will take place on July 30th.
Assistance required for the full duration of the event from July 31st to August 2nd.

Non union reality show seeking MN based field coordinator for a two day shoot in the Duluth area. Hotel provided.

Helping facilitate between NY team, and field team the day of schedule. Looking for someone that can communicate well with the field PM and execute whatever task the team needs day of to keep the shoot moving (lunch orders, prop runs, and wrapping end of day smoothly). We are looking for someone proactive and able to think ahead on set.

Experience with reality, non-union shows required- and a positive attitude as this crew is very nice!

Seeking an experienced Set Production Assistant to join our small, dynamic crew for an exciting one-day project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has some experience and eager to contribute to multiple departments, including lighting and camera. The project involves a full day of interviews and B-roll, requiring efficiency to accomplish multiple setups. We are looking to add someone to our great small crew for one day.
