The ideal candidate is proactive, creative and editorially rigorous. They will demonstrate a firm command of journalistic standards, a keen attention to detail, and excellent news gathering and visual storytelling skills. They must also be calm and efficient during breaking news and, while based in New York, serve as a collaborative member of a global news organization.

Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the executive producer & supervising producer in a fast-paced, demanding environment, handling breaking news and news-of-day demands for a 24-hour digital news channel
- Line produce editorial news content, shape show flow and stack elements in the rundown
- Work from the control room to guide shows in and out of breaks and to navigate both live and recorded content, including helping to determine when it will run in future hours
- Partner with assignment desk and booking team to request correspondents and live interview guests
- Order informative graphics and utilize compelling video to create engaging news programs
- Distribute assignments and direct a team of writers, associate producers and digital associates to build original content as well as edit and repurpose content from broadcast and other content partners
- Write teases, headlines, opening package and readers for live programming, including story slugs and lower-third banners
- Generate story ideas for future coverage
- Assign and record swap content for automated software wheel
- Monitor and take newsworthy live events to air in the control room
- Communicate with anchors, correspondents and control room team ahead of and during live shows, exhibiting a calm and professional demeanor in high pressure situations
- Serve as a mentor to junior writers
- Coordinate with sales department to implement accurate ad loads in rundowns
- May also perform the responsibilities of content producers, producers, associate producers and digital associates, as needed

Skills and experience:
- At least five years of experience producing and writing copy for a national broadcast, cable or streaming network, or equivalent local TV news experience in a major market
- Command of AP style and broadcast writing with impeccable grammar and spelling
- Strong communication skills and ability to train and advise associate producers, production assistants and junior staff in writing and editing broadcast copy
- Deep understanding for editorial production, including control room experience, with strong writing and copy editing skills
- Detail oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment, deal with intense deadlines and continually react to breaking news with factual programming and creative storytelling
- Broad knowledge of top stories driving the news cycle, including political news, and a knack for identifying lesser-known angles that resonate with audiences

Key requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments for regular programming as well as rolling breaking news coverage
- Superior news judgment & critical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in journalism or related field
- Fluency using ENPS is a must
- Deep understanding of news standards, rights and clearances and fact-checking practices
- Must pass comprehensive CBS News Digital writing test
- Must be available to work all shifts — early morning, dayside, nights, weekends and holidays — sometimes on short notice or as coverage, scheduling and news events warrant, as this is a 24-hour news organization

Hiring Salary Range: $87,000.0 - 120,000.0.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Position Summary

The Line Producer works closely with the Coordinators on the project in keeping the show operating in an organized and efficient manner. The LP will oversee the show sequence or discipline schedules and help guide them in order to have a comprehensive sequence or overall show schedule, depending on project size. Primary Responsibilities

Establish a show schedule and work closely with the Coordinators in order to maintain a strong overall schedule. In addition, may involve coordinating for a specific group (discipline) of artists (or multiple groups) on any given project.
Work closely with the Producer and Production Manager to bid shot work.
Report to Project ("Show") Producer and Production Manager potential issues that may affect the schedule or workflow.
Correspond with client regarding reviews, schedule, and needs.
Work closely with discipline supervisors and/or leads in crewing, casting and scheduling bodies of work, keeping in mind the overall show schedule, client reviews, bids, and other discipline needs.
Establish a process for communicating discipline targets, assignments, and priorities to discipline or sequence crews, as well as the overall show crew. This should be daily and/or weekly.
Schedule, track, and manage assigned work within the ILM Internal Tracking Tool as well as working with Production Managers to display the information in a physical and digital form (magnet boards / conference rooms/online tools) in order to be visible to the team.
Ensure work is on schedule for each department and is meeting internal and external (client) deadlines.
Track client needs, reviews and deliveries to make sure all disciplines hit their targets.

Your New Role

Create is the branded content studio for *** International. We tell authentic stories that inspire and engage our audience. Through a data-informed process we deliver award-winning, relevant content to our audience of i *** uential decision makers.

As part of the production management team, the Senior Production Manager will support the delivery of award-winning film and digital branded content for clients of *** International globally, on budget and on time.

The Senior Production Manager's primary responsibility is to lead, manage and coordinate logistics, resourcing and administration for all filmed projects using production managers and coordinators at their disposal to support the Global Executive Producer and department as a whole.

Your Role Accountabilities

Manage the CREATE production workload of film and digital video content projects from initiation to completion both independently and with the support of the Production Coordinator and freelance Production Managers where required to ensure delivery of projects on time and within budgets.
Ensure that across the production management team the creation, development and administration of the following documentation, including but not limited to, is carried out to the requirements of the Global Executive Producer:
- call sheets,
- risk assessments,
- national and international travel logistics,
- visas and carnets,
- child licensing agreements,
- per diems/float/expense reconciliation,
- talent contracts, and
- all other production documentation.
Manage the process for and fulfilment of logistical aspects of shoots, giving clear direction to Production Coordinator.
Manage the process for and fulfilment of crew and talent bookings.
Manage the process for and fulfilment of internal/freelance resource bookings and the booking of external suppliers globally.
Managing the process and fulfilment of, working with internal HR, procurement and Accounts Payable departments, new supplier setup and supplier payments.
Guide the Production Coordinator in the process for and fulfilment of Purchase Order creation.
Manage the process for and fulfilment of all departmental production related administrative needs.
Work closely with Ops Lead and Project Managers to ensure all costs are monitored and updated within Workfront on a daily basis.
The production management output of up to 10 freelance/internal staff
The efficient fulfilment of film shoot logistics, budgets and schedules including booking and organizing invoices of freelance staff and third-party suppliers, licensing agreements and all related expenses

Qualifications & Experience

The eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Experience working at Production Manager or Senior PM level, within a creative environment.
Minimum 8+ years experience managing and maintaining complex production budgets, schedules, systems and record-keeping, managing complex location production shoots in EMEA/internationally.
A firm grasp of production processes from inception to delivery, film production best practices, broadcast camera and editing equipment.
A strong interest in content production, specifically filmed content.
Ability to mentor and manage junior members of the production management team to fulfil their potential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and administrativeskills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook), and Apple devices.
Ability to multi-taskandwork under pressure to strict deadlines.
Ability to negotiate best rates and budgets with third-party suppliers.
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
Ability to work with confidential information with complete discretion.
Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player in a small team environment when required.
Strong ability tolearnnew internal software systems.

Job Summary:

You will support and assist the Food & Beverage Development & Delivery Manager with the compilation and data analysis of Food & Beverage Operations, focusing on front-of-house and ser *** excellence standards. Both current and future state ser *** styles, including those new to the concept through execution, may be explored and measured. Through standards integration and measurement the Guest experience will be delivered safely and efficiently across *** World table ser *** restaurants. It is expected that as the Food & Beverage business continues to evolve, the integration of technology and Ser *** Excellence into the dining experience will be the focus. Together with the Food & Beverage Development & Delivery Manager you will support the overarching approach to front-of-house service, to include quality assurance planning. You will report to the Food & Beverage Development & Delivery Manager.

You Will

Explore and recommend technology available to capture onsite data and field reporting information for Food & Beverage Operations.
Sustain ongoing technology efforts and make adjustments and improvements.
Produce reporting methods for ease of use so that a broad audience of partners, partner groups and operations clients have understanding of data collected and can develop actions needed.
Support integration of new technology into the dining experience to ensure seamless ser *** integration.
Collaborate regarding industry trends considering sustainable and measurable applications, which may *** ter position **** as an industry leader or to improve guest and cast experience improvements, revenue growth, or cost reductions.
Co-facilitate weekly or monthly meetings and calls on measurement results.
Periodically evaluate the measurement tools for accuracy of reporting and assure client needs are met.
Partner and train relevant end-users regarding reporting systems or methodology.
Assess what is working and where improvement is needed through the use of technology, updated materials, etc.
Support change to integrate processes, remove barriers and align expectations.
Conduct periodic audits of the measurement systems and make suggestions for changes.
Champion technology projects for Standards and Ser *** Excellence.

You Have

3+ years' leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
Passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion including inviting diverse perspectives, promoting an inclusive work environment and workforce diversity
Manage project timelines and identify constrained resources, co *** icting priorities, and scheduling issues
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and ser *** standards
Facilitation experience
