- Job Requirements: Must be local to location (or willing to work as a local).
Location Scouts needed for a returning true crime series filming in Connecticut. Ideal candidate has prior locations experience in CT and is a creative problem solver and able to think outside the box with coming up with locations.
Responsibilities would include:
- Scouting locations and providing detail scout notes and photos for producers
- Negotiating with location owners, obtaining signed location agreements
- Passing any financial needs to Production for processing
- Obtaining film permits/parking permits when needed
- Arranging for off duty officers and/or street closures when needed
- Assisting Production Management with the COVID plan for each location (figuring out spaces for each zone, obtaining floor plans, etc)
