Required Skills/Experience: - Experience doing professional makeup for television including close-up shots
- Work at a fast pace and provide touch ups when needed.
- Should be able to do makeup fitting for newscasters and journalists.
- Makeup Artist who stays up on the latest advances in professional makeup practices and tools.
- Must practice safety standards and protocols, maintain a clean workstation and equipment.
- Must be able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends, stand for long periods of time, and work well with a team.
Candidates must be able to: - Maintain strong people and communication skills in a competitive, pressurized environment
- Work under intense deadline pressure
Candidates must have: - 5 years of professional makeup experience preferred.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
