Working on a non-union sports doc series and I am looking for a local experienced media manager to join us for a couple of days in WPB and Loxahatchee.

Shoot Days: Tentative 2-3 days between 10/17/23 - 10/20/23 (shoot days could push or shorten)
Day rate: $500/12 + 50/kit fee

• 2 Cam interviews shooting on (2) Alexa Mini LF, so prior knowledge and experience with the format is preferred along with knowledge of codex compact cards.
• Need someone who is organized in collecting and offloading media, maintaining logs up to date IN REAL-TIME, and following our editorial workflow as specified.
• Production will supply drives and card readers.
• Must have your own kit with Shotput Pro for checksums.
• NO Proxies or color correcting on-site, just straightforward media managing.

First Scout Productions is looking for an experienced sports videographer with their own sports video equipment (NO DSLRs or Mirrorless) to film a lacrosse event on 10/7 in St. Petersburg, FL from 10:30am - 5:30pm.

This job requires your own camera equipment and please send an example link of your sports video work.

Pay is $300 for the day and you will be operating your own equipment then uploading the footage to us after the event.

Shoot Details:

We will be in town for the 2023 KFT Championship at the Victoria National Golf Club in Newburgh, IN from 10/5-10/8.

Some responsibilities include:
Golf cart driving
Assist the camera operator with sticks (tripod) approximately 20 pounds
Help change out camera batteries

The camera assistants and talent drivers would need to work ALL days.

We would like for people in these positions to wear golf attire – polo shirts are ideal. No cargo pants, no cargo shorts, no jeans, no crop tops or no leggings can be worn on the course. No open toe shoes are allowed. It is encouraged to wear a hat/sunglasses/suntan lotion if it is due to be a sunny day.

Here are more details on these positions:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• The position pays $20 per hour and they are guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours per day. Overtime begins after 8 hours in a day and also after 40 regular hours in a week. Double time starts after 12 hours in a day. We are on a payroll system so they will be paid by direct deposit the following Friday after submitting their hours by Monday after the tournament.

These are local positions so there is no compensation for travel, hotel, per diem or expenses.
