Working on a non-union sports doc series and I am looking for a local experienced media manager to join us for a couple of days in WPB and Loxahatchee.

Shoot Days: Tentative 2-3 days between 10/04/23 - 10/06/23 (shoot days could push or shorten)
Day rate: $500/12 + 50/kit fee

• 2 Cam interviews shooting on (2) Alexa Mini LF, so prior knowledge and experience with the format is preferred along with knowledge of codex compact cards.
• Need someone who is organized in collecting and offloading media, maintaining logs up to date IN REAL-TIME, and following our editorial workflow as specified.
• Production will supply drives and card readers.
• Must have your own kit with Shotput Pro for checksums.
• NO Proxies or color correcting on-site, just straightforward media managing.
• Lodging is NOT provided. LOCALS only, please.

I am looking to hire a solo filmmaker who can do it all.

You would be recording a scripted "interview" with our client and also capture b-roll. You would also be responsible for setting up lights, running audio, and operating a teleprompter. You would be supported by a virtual producer / director. What we really need is someone who is comfortable with being a one-person-band and taking care of all of the various pieces on-set.

We ask that you have your own equipment for cam, lighting, and audio. If you have a teleprompter, great - if you need to rent one, we will cover that cost.

The shoot is 1 day and the rate is $1000, including gear. We are hoping to shoot October 6th or the following week.

Seeking an experienced DP to join a lean production team (DP, B Cam, Producer only) for a unique documentary build short. If you're a nature and architecture enthusiast with a great eye for capturing verite scene-work then this is the project for you.

* Access to your own gear for additional rental opportunities is a plus.

Shoot Details:
- Filming in forest location 2 hours outside of Seattle, WA.
- Team of three capturing the action of two subjects
- There is no AC and No Audio Mixer. We'll all be wearing multiple hats but will have ample time to capture what we need well.
- Indoor staging area with ample power, bathrooms, and water.
- In addition to the verite, we'll be shooting Interior reveals and a sit-down interview

The ideal candidate:
- is comfortable working with a small team running their own audio and swapping their own lenses.
- Is comfortable working outside for the majority of the day
- Is experienced covering verite scene-work with a polished and premium look (MUST have doc or reality experience)
- Build experience is a plus but not a requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be local to location (or willing to work as a local).
The shoot will be a small two-camera shoot where we will have the talent, DP, 1st Assistant Camera, and Sound Mixer on set. One camera setup will need to be overhead with a 9x16 frame and the other camera will be wide and close-ups on the second take. Also, needs to be in a 9x16 frame safe.

Producers will be patched in on Zoom; we will need to see what is on the camera and be able to speak with the talent via Zoom; We will need you to set up any lights that need to be set up; The shoot should be around 6-8 hours including setup, shoot, and breakdown.

We will pay a kit fee for cameras and G&E gear/equipment.

One day shoot and also a half day for prep.
