MOTION GRAPHICS ARTIST // 100% remote - hybrid - or onsite (NYC)

Seeking additional freelance artists to join our motion graphics team. The freelance position typically includes executing versioning requests, creating custom creative content, and completing QC requests, in a fast-paced environment for Broadcast and other platforms.

RATE: $60 – 70/hour DOE (8 hour day)

SCHEDULE: may vary, 8:30am - 5pm // 10am - 6:30pm EASTERN (prefs will be considered)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: W-2 through a staffing agency. 1000 hour employee terms to start with potential to convert to 18month employment duration maximum (pending performance and work needs)

JOB DUTIES:
- Develop and execute compelling creative work from concept to final deliverables
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, as needed, to ensure delivery requirements are met
- Communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner with team and partners
- Maintain a high level of project organization and quality control
- Effectively multi-task several projects and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide creative and technical solutions

SKILLSET:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a motion designer in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Broadcast design and cross-platform requirements
- Understand the dynamics between print, edit and other creative functions
- Maintain a high level of project organization and quality control
- Capable of functioning autonomously with minimal supervision
- Have a keen eye for typography, layout and composition
- Experience building and using toolkits for versioning work
- Possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and other creative tools
- Basic knowledge of corporate applications for communication: Outlook, Teams, G-Suite

PREFERENCE SKILLS:
