Klein Creative Media is a local Redondo Beach production company that specializes in (but is not limited to) real estate, business, and drone videos. We are currently seeking someone to permanently fill the position of Office Assistant. Typical responsibilities of the office assistant include: creating call sheets, coordinating with clients and crew members, organizing and filing around the office, doing simple errands, and being the overall right-hand to the owner of Klein Creative Media.

This job requires someone who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and as a collaborative team. This is an entry-level position.

- Experience working in Microsoft Office
- Ability to think fast and on the spot
-Ability to time manage and keep track of inboxes, meetings, and project deadlines

Preference will be given to the candidates residing in the local South Bay area. A driver's license and a form of reliable transportation is required.

We are currently offering between 20-30 hours per week, M-F, with the possibility of the hours extending into full-time. The starting compensation is above California minimum wage.

The Production Coordinator (or Event Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event. They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicate well with supervisors and crew both in person and digitally.

All games at this event will be recorded locally and live streamed for parents, fans, and coaches.

Responsibilities:
- Receive gear shipment or hand off
- Lead venue set up

Non union reality show seeking local field coordinator for a shoot along the east coast of Florida for one and a half weeks. Helping facilitate between NY team field team the day of schedule, pickups and returns.

This shoot will start in the jacksonville, accommodations in st. augustine area, then on 5/6-5/10 will involve travel down the coast (hotel provided). Returns on 5/11 and travel home.

This is a two-day shoot in St. Pete. Looking for an experienced PA. 10hrs days.

We are shooting a proof of concept for a docuseries about some racers at the Laguna Seca racetrack 5/9 - 5/12. We will be shooting interviews and at the track. General PA duties - helping load/unload gear, getting lunch, dealing with crafty, driving golf carts, getting releases, driving minivans, dealing with clients.

Shooting will most likely be 4 days Thursday - Sunday.

Looking for a Production Assistant for a one day shoot in NYC on Sunday 5/5/2024. The day will consist of approximately 5-10 sit down interviews and portrait photography of the interviewees in one location.

The PA will help with load in/load out, set up wireless monitors, build backdrops for interviews, help keep a clean set, and execute any production runs.
