General Responsibilities:

****, the *** station in Salt Lake City, UT is looking for a dynamic Office Administrative Assistant to join the team. This position will report directly to the President and General Manager and will work closely with the Office Manager and all departments. This position also requires maintaining the responsibilities of an administrative assistant and will require a dedicated and disciplined individual to focus on each part of the expected duties.

Job Duties:

• Welcome and assist visitors; deliveries or incoming/outgoing mail. Maintain the front area office in a clean and professional appearance.
• Answer all incoming calls and routing to the appropriate areas/person.
• This position interacts with individuals within and outside the station, must have excellent interpersonal skills including a professional phone manner.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
• Organize and filing paperwork; includes labeling; photocopying; scanning and distributing to the correct departments. Maintain all supplies in the office to include ordering and restocking.

• Assist new employees with badge access, receiving of credit card and electronic devices.
• Assist with and coordinate office events.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Attend and assist in station promotions/community events as well as keeping promotional inventory as needed.
• Monitor and report station signals to the engineer. Assist incoming viewers complaints, outages, over-the-air and cable signal outages. Document any viewer concerns and report to the engineer or appropriate department.
• Ability to create innovative presentation decks with expertise.
• Learn *** U systems and create presentations using MS EXCEL, PowerPoint
• Support ascertainment and marketing efforts to previously untapped, emerging, and traditional brands and businesses to drive revenue through negotiating and selling the value and benefit of TV, mobile, digital, out-of-home and all other multi-marketing platforms.
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule and be available some evening hours as needed for client and community events.
• Assist Technology Manager with coordinating travel arrangements to transmitter sites.
• Assist President and General Manager with travel and entertainment arrangements and Executive Team station visits and presentations.
• Support the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) program for ****, including participation in periodic EHS meetings, monthly housekeeping/AED inspections, tracking weekly labor hours, CPR certified if needed for the station and other EHS duties as assigned.
• FCC - prepare children's programming reports, ensure compliance throughout the year, upload quarterly reports to FCC site, EEO report, look for opportunities throughout the year to support EEO efforts (look for job fairs, sites to post jobs, etc.)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of prior professional experience in *** or related field

Job Description

The Production Manager will serve as the organizational, technical, logistical lead for MS *** Digital and the MS *** video content team. The Production Manager organizes teams of writers, producers and editors who produce content all day.

You must have exceptional organizational skills. An experienced project manager who is highly organized, thrives on meeting deadlines, and takes initiative to get things done. What's the role?

This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration for College Football season (Mid-Late May to December) unless otherwise amended.

As a Production Assistant, you are responsible for assisting production personnel in all phases of sports production for *** 's College Football coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Organize weekly edit projects for producers and editors
• Gather video and photo assets to use in packages and other elements
• Reach out to PR teams and third parties for asset collection
• Pitch game or studio ideas in weekly meetings with the assigned production team
• Help create select sequences for producers to use when editing teases - assisting with shot selection and securing footage
• Restore and manage offline *** and retrieve archived assets from MAM
• Archive and catalogue footage
• Create screeners to send out to the production team and other parties
• Create and log melts for College Football games and distribute to various networks
• Clip off production elements that aired during games each week
• Key liaison to the lead producers of College Football
• Responsible for relaying and disseminating information on a weekly basis to the production staffs

The Position

*** is seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative creative leader to oversee brand creative marketing across the Growth & Lifecycle (On-Platform, Demand Generation & Product Marketing) and Always-on Performance *** teams. As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
• Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission

About the Role

Pay Range
Salary: $56,000 - $80,000

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.
