Seeking an Experienced Office PA for a major cable network series to provide key administrative and logistical support to the team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone that can keep track of ongoing projects and deadlines, follows directions with ease, and has previous office experience. This position is the perfect opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Production Management on a long-running series. This is an open ended, remote based position with benefits (health insurance, 401k, sick days, and vacation days). Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION:
A Production Assistant supports all aspects of the film production and art department. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, to help keep the production running smoothly and problem-free. This person is self motivated and takes initiative with daily tasks. This position requires physical strength, stamina and high energy with the ability to lift 50lbs or more. One in this position needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
- Perform administrative office work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Assistance with casting
- Loading / unloading of set pieces, props and equipment.
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist producer, assistant directors, art department, directors, camera people and other crew members
- Help distribute on set documents as needed (e.g. scripts, call sheets, etc.)
- Assist with researching and sourcing materials
- Using personal automobile for runs and various tasks is a plus
- Act as a runner distributing messages or shopping for items
- Undertake all errands as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience working on a set
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Great with communication
- Knowledge of Physical production required, and previous experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient
- Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required

Please Note: This is a Per Diem position and PAs are hired as shoots are scheduled. There is no specific start or end date. Current filming is mostly TikTok.

We are a high paced reality show looking to book a few PA's (various positions) to help us with an offsite shoot starting July 28th - September 30th.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in West Lafayette, IN.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $22.50 an hour based on a 10 hour day. $225 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. Additional pay after 10 hours.
