Pinch is an immersive design studio, in the business of storytelling to bring brands to life through all of the senses. We are seeking a FT Operations Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of project and company operations, under the guidance of the V.P. of Operations and the Managing Director.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years experience in Operations or Production, in a management role for at least 3-years

JOB TASKS:
• You will work directly with our Creative teams, Finance and Company Leadership on a daily basis on multiple projects, which requires the ability to work between these teams to ensure seamless workflow.

• Strong ability to review and dissect legal documents/contracts at a basic level, on your own and in collaboration with others. For example, it is not uncommon for this position to be required to review and redline a vendor or client contract before sending it to Pinch's third-party legal counsel, and then further collaborating with counsel to finalize the contract.

• Management and upkeep of documentation is at the core of this role and includes but may not be limited to: Vendor tracking across multiple projects, (e.g. status of contracts, payment terms, payments, COI), freelance hire tracking, (e.g. contract/onboarding status), NDA - sending and keeping track of status, managing and updating employee onboarding documentation.

The Digital Marketing Center of Excellence Operations Team supports the *** Entertainment Theatrical & Brand Marketing Teams. This group is responsible for leading and overseeing Business Operations, YouTube Operations, and Social Platform Operations, the management of YouTube policies, monetization of channels, account governance and the centralization of tools, vendors, and systems. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Operations, the Operations Coordinator will support The *** Entertainment Digital Marketing COE Ops team. Supporting the Brand, Studio, and Title Marketing team on day-to-day operational request - social account acquisition, setups, brand safety checks, and granting permissions for internal employees and approved vendors.

The Operations Coordinator should be well versed in the YouTube ecosystem and backend network, with a solid understanding of channel categorization, policy settings, monetization, geo-targeting, and publication. This role will help support TWDC CMS environment, ensuring all accounts are managed according to company guidelines and industry standards. This role will also support day-to-day invoicing and payment request, ensuring all payments are properly coded to the appropriate LOB.

They should be collaborative, result driven and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of all social, digital, and emerging platforms. They should also be able to shepherd multiple initiatives at a time within a fast-face environment while promoting best practices across all workflows.

Responsibilities:

Secure social accounts across all platforms for the larger network and collaborate with platform partners to troubleshoot issues that may require additional escalation
Perform quarterly updates and resets of all account logins according to brand safety and CyberSecurity best practices
Liaise with internal partners and all external platform reps and collaborates with key CyberSecurity and Anti-Piracy stakeholders to troubleshoot and route issues
Conduct internal audits of owned channels and networks to streamline operational workflows
Manage quarterly audits for internal network channels
Execute permission requests for all CMS across TWDC by enforcing security and access controls
Support on-boarding of new payees and investigating payment delays and issues
Support pipeline of requests with Royalties Processing Team and communicate necessary resources and timelines to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in social/digital marketing

The hiring range for this position in California is $57,900 to $77,500 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The Manager, Events will assist with UP&E global, regional, and executive events as needed across all UP&E business units.

The role is the cross-functional liaison *** ween the global business internal partners in franchise strategy, franchise creative, category management, product design & development, retail development/marketing, studio lot, legal and finance. The role also serves as the primary liaison *** ween UP&E and third-party events management vendors. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Events and Special Projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assists with UP&E global, regional and executive events across all business segments, with events scale ranging from trade shows & exhibitions to intimate executive level meetings
Leads sourcing of third-party production vendors (lighting, staging, crew, sound engineers, producers, teleprompters, choreographers, hair/mark-up) as well as event logistics including but not limited to: locations, hotel blocks, catering, entertainment, giveaways, transportation, schedules, invites, attendee management and communication to ensure the event is successfully executed
Serves as event assistant on day of productions, ensuring high quality participant experience and staffing/managing the event appropriately. Examples of event staff include receptionists, ushers, photographers, security, etc.
Manages all legal documentation required of events, including vendor agreements, location agreements, NDAs, etc.
Develops and manages the run of show for all events, as well as production timelines for all assigned events; proactively and continuously manages updates to project trackers, project management tools, or other ad hoc reports
Manages and delivers events on or under budget. Negotiates favorable terms with vendors. Partners with Finance to manage respective assigned events budget, including budget planning, quarterly forecasting and pacing along with PO creation and invoicing
Keeps security of assets top of mind and guides team on usage and distribution
Leads review meetings per timelines for assigned events. Provides agenda points and keeps meetings on track and on time. Recaps meetings and next steps for key stakeholder alignment
Effectively communicates scope creep or delays in projects that could impact event quality, budget, or delivery timelines
Maintains an accurate definition of scope and timing for deliverables based on business priorities & event experience expectations
Manages approvals waterfall for all events, including executive-level approval moments
Builds relationships across the organization and with outside agencies to drive efficiency, productivity, and executional goals
Oversees inventory for event supplies in storage unit
Contributes to the advancement and actualization of Universal's diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments

Qualifications
