Your New Role...Working across the Digital Systems COE, this individual will join a fast-paced team that oversees and manages the digital systems (primarily 3rd party) used by production accountants, crew, and studio executives. Systems include but not limited to EP's SmartSuite, C&C's Plus Suite, Digital POs, Digital AP process, Movie Magic, long-term document storage and retention systems Scenechronize and Box. Provide system support to users across multiple business units.
This role will serve as the team's accounting system expert and will approve show-level requests and provide additional troubleshooting support. Provide studio-level support for Executive-level issues
Your Role Accountabilities...- Support of Accounting Systems: PSL and Smart Accounting primarily
- System Quality Control - Start systems, timecard systems, PO systems, etc.
- Executive-level accounting system questions and internal support
Qualifications & Experience...- 5 years production accounting experience minimum
- Experience providing product and system support
- Bachelors degree required.
- Expert-level Smart Accounting and PSL knowledge
- Proficient with C&C, EP software
- Ability to multi-talk and work well under deadlines and time constraints
- Effective communication skills at all levels including C-Suite support
- Ability to self-task and organize work schedule effectively

The Legal Bits...In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skillset, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of *** Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $50,581.00 - $93,937.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, *** Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
