In this role, you will work with our post-production teams to coordinate and oversee projects undergoing picture and sound finishing. This includes bidding, scheduling, resource allocation, asset tracking, and final delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing anywhere between 5-15 projects at a given time. You will develop relationships with current and prospective business and act as a primary liaison between staff and clients. This is not an entry level post position. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of post experience. Those with the following credits are encouraged to apply: Post supervisor, Post manager or Project manager.

This role will report directly to Final Frame’s Senior Producer and will be in-person Monday – Friday, 10am-7 pm.

Responsibilities and duties
Greeting and checking in both clients and media for incoming sessions.
Managing and tracking online milestones across projects.
Preparing estimates and invoices (FileMaker Pro).
Tracking online digital deliverables between client and Final Frame.
Working cross-functionally with department heads to ensure all company calendars are updated regularly.
Oversee completion and quality assurance of requested tasks.
Completing all projects on time and on budget.

Preferred Knowledge
The ability to identify project needs and work proactively.
Working knowledge of post-production workflows, specifically online.
Experience managing logistics across multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to manage client demands and expectations.
Knowledge of delivering to independent production companies, all major networks, streamers, and film festivals.
Previous experience with the following is a plus (training will be provided): Google suite, FileMaker Pro, FoxOMS.

We're in search of a full-time Video Editor and Videographer to join our team at the office.

Your tasks will include editing videos on Adobe Premier and shooting footage. You're familiar with Adobe after effects, that's a plus. We're looking for someone who can work well with our team, meet deadlines, and has a keen eye for detail.

We are looking for an organized and professional graphic design artist. Candidate must have a strong work ethic and have extreme attention for detail. Candidate must be a problem solver and a team player. Love for hip hop culture is a plus.

We are assembling a crew for a feature-length digital series to be released on social apps. The script is approximately 70 pages long, and the production will take place in the Los Angeles area (within the 30-mile zone) as a Non-Union project.

The Editor's role is to serve as an all-in-one editor, responsible for editing, adding music, sound effects (if needed), and performing simple color grading on the final cut. We require the Editor to be present on set to initiate the rough cut process. The final cut must be completed within 2 to 2.5 weeks, with no more than three rounds of revisions.

There is no VFX editing involved. Music licenses and stock footage costs will be additional.

Organize, edit, revise, and render videos for use on social platforms, full-length episodes of podcasts and other episodic web series, short films, docuseries, television and radio commercials, online advertisements, and other forms of visual media
Perform simple graphics edits as required to implement or update lower thirds, start or end cards, bugs, branding screens, and other on-screen graphic content.

● Ingest, transcode, sync, lineup, and prepare projects for editing
● Pull and cut clips for playback on podcasts and other video projects
● Seamlessly and efficiently work with other video editors on the
Production team throughout the editing process to deliver all projects on
time, on budget, and without error.
● Basic motion graphics skills, color correction skills and creative color-
grading instincts
● Basic audio post-production skills, including dialogue editing, sound

Adobe Premiere and knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Looking for a remote Avid assistant editor for a quick turnaround broadcast sports special. Looking to start Thursday 9/21 through 9/27 including weekend of 9/23-24. AE would be managing ingest, syncing/grouping 6-8 cameras, ingesting music, creating selects and stringers, and supporting 2 editors.

Looking for a post production supervisor for a 6 ep series for a streamer. Required 3 days in the office. Prefer a candidate with higher level technical knowledge around field/post workflows/unique media capture etc. Candidate should be highly organized, flexible and a great communicator.

Award winning production company looking for an experienced post production supervisor for a premium documentary series. Cutting on AVID with Macs using a remote edit workflow. Must have experience delivering to major streamers Amazon, Disney+ or another large streaming platform. Please highlight your streaming credits. This project is Los Angeles based and the super will need to work LA hours.

We have just completed an absolutely hilarious indie feature film. Everything from the script, to the actors, the cinematography (shot on Red Komodo 6k), to the craftie was on point. When the comedy hits, it hits hard. But when the big heart moment at the end of the movie reveals itself, the audience will be left in tears. We know we have something great for upcoming festivals, but we need the color to reflect the awesomeness of the rest of the film. That's where you come in!

We're looking for someone who can bring some real artistry to the table. There are things that need to be fixed colorwise, that's to be expected. But there are other moments that could heightened by the color. Our main character suffers from anxiety. How would you go about accenting this???? There are dramatic fantasy sequences. Is there anything you can think of that can help the audience have a visceral reaction to these? MAKE THIS YOUR BABY!!!

Obviously, we're an indie feature and can't afford to pay you a quadrillion dollars. But we can pay you a minimum of $4k plus deferments. Looking for a Junior Editor for several ongoing social media projects. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong AE background who is looking to transition to editor.
