General Summary: This position supports the Online Department. The Night Online PA / Quality Control is
responsible for the accuracy of all network material by ensuring perfect quality control (QC) in all graphics, text, captioning and/or video.

Essential Functions:
• Provides QC viewing of all air masters and digital files.
• Responsible for appropriately flagging all QC issues (i.e. incorrect specs, audio/video sync, audio
quality, GFX/SFX inconsistencies, etc.).
• Presents to and reviews all QC issues with the Post-Production Supervisor.
• Provides additional QC for any correction made.
• Responsible for daily/weekly report emails regarding all QC issues incurred.
• Responsible for filing as requested by supervisors.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:
• This position requires an individual comfortable with working independently and in a team environment.
• This position requires an individual with the ability to spot minute visual and audio details.
• This position requires an individual capable and comfortable with interaction amongst all levels of Post-
Production.
• This position requires heavy email and phone correspondence.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Post-Production.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Must be comfortable with the Macintosh Operating Systems.
• An interest in advancement within the Online industry is a big plus as this is an entry-level position with
room for growth.
• Must be comfortable with Pilotware, QOS & ISIS Storage, CineX, FileMaker Pro, and Google Docs.

Physical Demands:
• This position requires substantial computer use and the candidate should be able to sit or stand for the
duration of their shift.
• This position requires light lifting of no more than 5-10lbs unassisted.
