This onsite role would be responsible for overseeing the entire graphics post-production process and final finishing stages at our office located in Koreatown/Wilshire Park.
Quality control:
The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the final product meets our clients’ quality standards and technical specifications and is free of errors or technical issues. They will review the final deliverables and provide feedback to the post-production team to ensure that any necessary corrections are made. The Coordinator ensures that all graphics produced by the team meet the client’s quality standards and are visually cohesive.
Workflow:
The Coordinator manages the post-production workflow, ensuring that all stages of the process are completed on time, in the correct order and identifies any possible delays before they occur. The Coordinator will develop and implement workflows and processes for the graphics team to improve efficiency and ensure that projects are completed on time. Other duties include, but are not limited to, file organization and management, keeping updated spreadsheets and workflow tools, staying current with the latest techniques, plug-ins, video production and motion graphics to maintain innovation and growth and help tracking and managing client requests. The Coordinator will also need to work with finishing houses on behalf of our clientele and provide any necessary assets for full finishing.
Communication:
The Coordinator will communicate with clients and/or finishing houses to provide updates on the finishing progress and ensure that the final product meets their expectations. They may also address any concerns or feedback provided by the client and work to resolve any issues that arise. Good communication with the Creative Director, Designers and Producers is key to our collective success for Concept Arts and our clientele.
Technical expertise:
The Finishing Coordinator must have a strong understanding of post-production workflows, technical specifications, software, and tools. They should display proficiency in QC and delivery of finishing graphics and must have experience with legacy studio clients.
This is a full time role, hourly role offered at $26-$33 with full insurance benefits and 401k options.
