Viacom Digital Studios (ViacomCBS) is seeing a Post Production Coordinator to start ASAP. This is a freelance role for a three (3) month term, with the possibility of long term extension. The Role:
We are seeking an individual to provide support to the Sr. Post Production Manager of East Coast Production Services within ViacomCBS Digital Studios (VDS). A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, detail oriented and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with a strong emphasis on scheduling, organization and operations. A passion for digital content and social video formats required.

Responsibilities:
• Assist Sr. Post Production Manager with the scheduling and overseeing of video editors, assistant editors, colorists and audio mixers
• Manage payroll for post production crew members; on-board new team members
• Enforce and QC consistent workflows for the post production team across all projects & teams
• Work with Media Management teams to ensure workflows are executed; communicate archival and final delivery needs to 3rd party edits and/or freelancers
• Track and check-in with editors; keeping track of edit progress and ensuring all edits are wrapped out correctly for all ViacomCBS brands
• Manage Assistant Editors; assigning weekly and daily tasks that support the VDS Post team
• Initiate, track, and help grow an ever-expanding rolodex of editors, assistant editors, audio mixers, colorist and motion graphics artists.
• Assist with music cue sheets
• Help Sr. Post Prod Mgr consult on crafting post schedules, and help ensure smooth communication between teams

Qualifications:
• Extreme attention to detail
• Fluency in both PC and Mac formats
• Fluency with all Microsoft Office software applications
• Demonstrated experience with current post production software/workflows with an emphasis on Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve & ProTools
• Familiarity with cloud based file sharing services, such as WeTransfer, Google Cloud, Dropbox, Mediasilo, Frame.io (and Zoom!)
• Possess excellent communications skills that allow for highly productive workflows between the production and post production departments.
• Ability to handle a very active desk supporting several simultaneous productions
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Bonus points for candidates with experience using scheduling software such as 10K FT, ScheduAll, Farmers Wife, Mediapulse, etc.

Job Description
Finance news brand is seeking an experienced video editor to edit engaging, informative and timely video features, recurring series episodes and in-depth interviews. The video editor will regularly work on segments ranging from eight to 10 minutes with opportunities to expand stories to 25 minutes for OTT platforms.
