Post-Production Coordinator
Leading Non-Scripted Television Production company is currently seeking an experienced Post-Production Coordinator to work in our in-house Post Production Department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of Post Coordinator experience and the measured ability to lead a team. We are looking for a candidate with superb organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Job Duties
- Assists the Post-Production Supervisor in all day-to-day aspects of series production.
- Responsible for the workings of their assigned show from the pre-preparation stages all the way through to final delivery.
- Day-to-day aspects of series production include but are not limited too; Processing shot footage, Ordering and Quality Control checks of Graphical Elements, Distribution of Cuts, and Coordination of Final Episode Masters through Online.
- Tracks calendars and ensures that all assigned productions keep to their determined schedules and adjusts deadlines as necessary.
- Supports the Post-Productions Supervisors and deals with any necessary overflow.
- Coordinates with the Assistant Editors to ensure that all shot footage is processed, and finished episodes are sent to the Online department as scheduled.
- Coordinates with the Online department to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Serves as a secondary point of contact for the Post Department on their assigned productions.
- Works with the VP, Post-Production and other Post-Production personnel in order to solve problems and address production issues as they arise.

- The Post-Production Coordinator works a standard 9-hour shift with the possibility of overtime.
