We’re hiring a producer/editor (preditor) who will be responsible for everything from pre to post production which includes creating, producing, shooting and editing content for our clients.
What you need: Communication skills, high level of empathy, maturity.
3+ years of professional video editing and producing experience
Prior creative agency experience preferred
Ability to manage and compartmentalize multiple projects, clients, and conversations
Be organzied with attention to detail
Excellent videography and editing skills, with experience in directing talent strongly preferred
Understand the full spectrum of the production process including camera operation, lighting and audio capture
Expert level understanding of Adobe Premiere and experience with Adobe After Effects highly preferred
An eye for and experience in color correcting
Graphic design experience preferred
Ability to tell a compelling story from a unique point of view
Ability to work within established brand/product guidelines
Enthusiasm for working in a young, growing company

Collaborate with internal teams to concept, pitch, produce, and edit short-form content for distribution across multiple outlets including broadcast and social
Ensure on-time execution and delivery of high quality video productions
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere at work and on set
Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish and execute to project deliverables
Travel on a regular basis (30%-50%)
Keep yourself current with the latest developments and trends in video production
Manage hours, project deadlines, assets, and a video library
What you'll receive:
$58,000-$65,000 annual wage
