Hi everyone, I'm a MFA film and journalism grad looking for a producer for a short doc for festival submissions. The story follows a few individuals who share a rare disability. There are so far no other films that have been made on this specific condition. I have special access to the story as it’s a personal one, but the themes are very much universal.

Treatment is made, a decent portion of the budget is locked, but I will need help securing more funds, sourcing the right crew, and helping with distribution. I’m looking for the right producer to help from start to finish. Ideally someone who is passionate about telling stories from voices that haven’t been heard and from a female director. And/or someone interested in a unique documentary story.

As a Producer at Spirit Juice Studios, you will oversee projects from initial client inquiry to final delivery, including all stages of production. You will build strong relationships with clients to ensure their goals are met and their experience is fantastic, and will collaborate with Spirit Juice Studios Directors to create beautiful results marked by SJS quality.

Reports to the Director of Production.

-Create a proposed budget and project plan for new video productions and prospective clients.
-Owns project budgets and adjusts accordingly to ensure projects are on or under budget.
-Manages all aspects of project schedules, including guiding projects through post production to final delivery.
-Primarily responsible for client relationships and fulfillment of client goals.
-Works with SJS Directors to establish a project’s creative approach.
-Coordinates shoots, including:
Crew coordination.
Talent and local contacts.
Equipment Needs (camera package, grip & electric, etc).
Art Department (Props, set pieces, wardrobe, etc).
Location Needs (location agreements, insurance, access, & parking).
-Responsible for the health and safety of crews while they’re in the field.
-Works with the Production Supervisor to book crew.
-Briefs the field team (Field Producer, DP, Cam-Ops, etc) before each shoot, and debriefs after each shoot.
-In conjunction with the project’s Director, works with the Editor to successfully achieve project goals.
-Other duties as assigned.

You will be the creative lead and work in conjunction with reporters, hosts, talent, exec producers and the greater podcast team to manage the show deadlines, build it out, put it together and push it through production phases. You will work closely with a Sound Designer to bring the show together in a creatively interesting, compelling way.

Ideally, you have experience writing, story editing and overseeing an entire production. Experience in small teams or as a solo operator desirable.

We have multiple roles to fill on multiple shows kicking off soon.

We're looking for an experienced producer to help with our production. We're in pre-production with our tv series which is a half hour comedy ideal for streaming services.

We need assistance in packaging the series with talent: directors who can attract actors, or actors who can attract other actors.

The producer will set up meetings for possible directors or actors and will set up meetings with streaming networks, agencies, and production companies.

Job Description:
Live Bash is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Live Events Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing live events, primarily concerts that captivate audiences and drive engagement in person and via livestream. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Show Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with artists, clients, and internal teams to define events and show goals, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate all logistical aspects of events and shows including Call sheets, crew schedules, timelines, and equipment rentals.
Production Management:
Oversee the technical production of events, including audio, video, lighting, and staging.
Ensure all technical requirements are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
Work closely with the Technical Director, Audio Engineer and other key personnel to deliver high-quality production value.
Lead set-up and prep on stage for shows.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of event coordinators, stagehands, and other support staff.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Provide regular updates and reports on event progress and performance.
On-Site Event Management:
Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage live event broadcasts, including coordination with AV teams and Client ensuring seamless execution of both live and recorded shows.
Post-Event Analysis:
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on event outcomes and insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in live event production, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong understanding of audio, video, and lighting production techniques.
Proven ability to manage large-scale events from concept to execution.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
