The Video Producer/Editor will work with multimedia department staff, account teams, and our clients to produce video and photo content from start to finish, editing highly engaging videos and ensuring the highest standards of production quality on all assets and final products.

Who you are:
• A savvy filmmaker and storyteller with a passion for creating effective political and social issue content
• A jack of all production trades, but with a specialty in video editing and post-production—weaving together raw media into polished, professional, thoughtful, and imaginative content
• An ace editor and efficient post-production specialist
• You keep up to date with the latest aesthetic trends in web, TV, radio and social media content
• You possess the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, ensuring all client needs and deadlines are met
• You are creative, organized, responsible, collaborative, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
Your experience:
• At least 1-2 years in a professional post-production setting, such as at an agency, production company, or on political campaigns
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere, Creative Cloud integrations, After Effects, Prelude, Photoshop
• Knowledgeable on DSLR, mirrorless and cinema camera workflows, video and audio recording best practices, lighting and production design
• Expertise in DaVinci Resolve a plus

The current minimum starting salary offer for this position is $45,500. The current maximum starting salary offer for this position is $72,500.
