We will be starting filming for our show Destination Houston Season 1! We are looking for an eager and motivated Lead Producer to join our crew on travel lifestyle content.
This person will be our main Producer who also helps us backup/consolidate/ship media and update gear as needed.

Ronin RS2 basic knowledge
Blackmagic 6K basic Pro camera knowledge
Producing experience is a plus

Room to store 8 pieces of gear (2 pelican cases, large duffle bag with gear, Aperture light, apple box)
Reliable transportation
A safe place for shipping gear/media to and from

4 hours a shoot, 2 shoots a day

Newscast Producers work closely with assignment editors, reporters, and anchors to produce, write, edit and gather content on all **** platforms.Producers will be responsible for the overall newscast and coverage of assigned stories on all platforms throughout the day, including but not limited to Out-of-Home, web, and broadcast.

Job Description

Producer's primary responsibilities are to produce, organize and coordinate all elements involved in creating and producing a fast-paced newscast in Miramar, FL. *** Discovery APAC Creative Services is the multi-award-winning in-house agency creating brand identities, on-air promotions, advertising, branded content and communications for consumer, trade and corporate use across a range of *** - principally TV and digital and theatrical.

In this role, you will create content for *** Discovery's drive viewership, retention, DTC subscriptions, build brand differentiation, meet creative presentation and digital *** demands and assist in driving revenue streams across the network platforms for the APAC market. This includes taking a hands-on approach and working on creative AVs such as social *** and digital first creatives & promos, short form and branded content, using internal resources, liaising with external vendors for production support when necessary, providing cost effective solutions and resources to best represent the streaming service, WBD brands, client products and other related productions while meeting targeted deadlines and work within allocated budgets and resources.

Key Responsibilities & Qualities

To create quality content for digital, DTC, social *** , on-air and off-air platforms and to maintain the highest standard of presentation for *** Discovery APAC. This involves all areas of creatives - social *** , promos, performance marketing and short-form content production including but not limited to conceptualisation, scripting, off-line editing and supervising production/post-production - including audio mixing and graphics.

Minimum 6 years experience in a streaming/broadcast/digital environment is a plus
High working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Digital competencies, with an understanding of streaming, social *** , graphics, technical specs and needs for DTC and various digital platforms.
Creation/customisation of some region-specific creatives and promos
Understanding the brand guidelines and being accountable for projects from conception to delivery.
A writer at heart and an editor by trade, your skillsets will reflect the quality of work you produced - the concepts you envision and the creative execution you put into action
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be adaptable and articulate in the thinking behind aesthetic decisions
Understanding or experienced in digital/social *** formats
Familiar with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus
Experience in agency/ *** owner
