This educational series films full time in Los Angeles and requires a producer who lives and will work on-set in LA.

Job Overview
We create high quality and engaging online courses featuring top tier teachers on various high school/college topics.
Seasoned film producer that can oversee pre-production, production, and post-production on multiple sets simultaneously
20-25 shoot days a month, multiple crews, 20+ team of contractors, producing long form online courses with AP teachers
Great team leader and can step into the day to day flow of crew, logistics, and deliverables
Keeps quality of deliverables high and everything on finished on schedule
Has an eye for details with excellent communication and leadership
Team oriented, believes in vision of project, wants to bring value and is a diligent worker
See’s areas of improvement, workflow optimizations, and room for production upgrades etc.
Communicate and collaborate with other FTE’s in the growth, marketing, social media and technology department
Experience Needed
5 to 10 years of experience producing and directing crews from pre-pro to post-production process
In-depth experience working with on screen talent, hitting daily recording goals, and editing deadlines
Senior level team leader with strong written and verbal communication skills
Time management capabilities with a willingness to juggle numerous projects and deadlines at once
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Proficient with Slack and ClickUp
Experience with producing online courses is a huge plus
Day to Day On Set
Be main point of contact to all production and post production crew members
Be onset 1 or 2 depending on which set needs more overseeing
Be present for first 2 hours of each course and trailer
Ensure daily lecture recording goals are met and that hand off of footage to editors are complete
Direct/guide talent when issues arise such as managing personalities, scheduling, work hours, etc.
Oversee that script supervisor, live editor, cam op, and night editors are performing efficiently and on time
Share workflow optimization, important comm’s, need to know information, and EOD updates with media director
Day to Day Off Set
Plan and schedule important production related items in advance
Pre-production logistics, organization, equipment, locations, crew, and talent for production shoots
Manage budgets, delegation, direct comm’s with crew
Being a step ahead of upcoming shoots
Compensation
$100k salary per year
