Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Producer who leads all production for their team.
You are an innovator in the craft of production and delivery, acting as an experienced project lead, managing projects within a multidisciplinary team at School House/Fortress. As a Producer, you will help lead our team to create the best creative, strategic and technical work. You are also the key client partner, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, which allows you to identify and help secure innovative project opportunities as you manage the current work to success. You are an exceptional and inspirational leader, and a trusted advocate for your team, the client, and the consumer. You prioritize people in your management methods, knowing that the work will be better when we support people who support you.
Requirements:
5+ years experience as a photo and/or motion producer or 2+ as a senior producer at an agency, production company, or beauty/health/wellness brand. Beauty experience is a plus but not required.
Understanding of the SOW process and budget creation.
Production knowledge in executing stills/print, social content, and video, OOH and retail a plus
Experience with post production management in both photo and motion with understanding of workflows.
Capable of managing multiple productions at same time and all respective schedules
Responsible for managing job finances and reconciling actuals within/under budget
Client facing able to lead presentations and meetings
Client management experience a plus
Weekly status with account team on resourcing and project schedules
Smart, creative thinker with a sense of humor and superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Genuine love for brand and culture building
Extreme attention to detail and process
Excellent organizational skills, both personal and departmental
Excellent ability to multi-task, work efficiently under pressure and maintain deadlines. Agility, flexibility and resourcefulness are required
Expert use of Mac OS X
Excellent knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office 365
Familiarity with, if not working knowledge of, Adobe Creative Cloud
Creative workflow/project management database experience (e.g. Airtable) is preferred
Digital Asset Management and asset delivery (e.g. Frame.io, Dropbox, WeTransfer) experience preferred
Slack experience preferred
