Title: Storms Live
Pay Rate: $300.00 - $600.00 - Daily, plus per diem/lodging.
Job Requirements: Must be local to location (or willing to work as a local).
Additional Requirements:
- Have you ever operated in a (truly) extreme environment?
- Are you comfortable with the inconsistent nature of severe weather shoots?

You will be embedded with a major storm chaser when severe weather looks to strike. You'll ride inside our tornado tank and operate a camera. You'll also ensure the livestream gear is operating properly, and see to the upload of footage at the end of the day.

Some chases last for several days straight. Some longer. You may end up spending the night in one city, and then be two states away the next night. You'll receive a per diem and lodging.

This position requires someone who can exercise discretion, best judgment, and has solid journalistic/ethical skills. Degree in journalism or equivalent experience preferred.
