Are you someone who values developing projects from the ground up, making an impact on our culture, and motivating a dynamic team of creative and analytical individuals? We are seeking a highly motivated Producer to join our team and spearhead a new conservative, political show based in Washington, D.C. The show features a respected and high-profile talent with extensive experience in politics and political strategy.
The Producer is someone that is both creative and analytical, is in tune with current politics, trending topics, and breaking news, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can motivate a team while also holding them accountable. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of proven producing experience and at least two years of experience managing a team.
You will have the opportunity to work together with a high-profile political talent, owning the development and success of the project from start to finish, including set design, brand design, revenue strategy, budget development, and more. In partnership with the Creative, Marketing, and Revenue teams, you will develop and memorialize strategies which enable the project to consistently stay on brand and on message, while making an impact in the world.

You’ll thrive in this roll if you possess:
• Extensive knowledge of politics, current events, and trending stories, along with the ability to discuss those topics with high-profile talent
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to facilitate exceptional experiences with talent, their assistants, and other team members
• Well-developed production skills, including logistical, creative, and technical skills
• Detail-oriented project management skills
• An innovative mindset, the ability to anticipate issues before they arise, and creatively solve problems
• A desire to grow into an Executive Producing or Executive role
As the Producer, your responsibilities could include:
• Setting and meeting KPIs, and managing finances to meet those goals
• Acting simultaneously in a project manager, creative producer, and leadership capacity
• Owning and cultivating Soundfront’s relationship with the talent
• Conducting a thorough development process for the project such that when entering the production phase, the project is already defined, scoped, and designed
• Coordinate with all teams to create publicity, marketing, and advertising strategies
• Owning the project from start to finish, acting always as the “CEO” of the project
