Seeking an experienced Production Accountant for a low budget digital series on a streaming network. The applicant must be proficient in processing payroll through Cast and Crew reporting, generating cost reports, and knowledge of DGA and SAG paperwork. This is a non-exclusive project.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

• Process POs and Invoices including data entry; verify vendor information and secure proper approvals.
• Produce Bi-Weekly costs reports
• Cut checks for vendors and show
• Managing of paperwork from the production team
• Manage Cash Flow detail
• Process Payroll for shoot through Cast and Crew
• Create any weekly reports to SAG and DGA
• Process Petty Cash reports as well as release and finalization
• Prepare bank deposits with correct documentation and reconciliations.

Qualifications:
Must have multiple past TV, Film, Digital Series, production accounting credits.

Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst for the Theme Park Food & Beverage Finance team will play a pivotal role in supporting both the financial planning & analysis cycle and the daily operations of all Food & Beverage venues within the park.
