Overview and Responsibilities The curation support team is dedicated to designing, implementing and managing the department's workflows and processes. The production assistant helps accomplish this task by using tracking and ticketing software, and works with editorial, design and production teams to keep daily and long-term projects on track. In addition to day-to-day tasks, this role helps produce accurate reports for various projects. The production assistant also makes sure tickets are submitted correctly, cross-checking against programming updates, using data to inform project timelines and staffing, and onboarding new staff.
This role requires organizing, processing and prioritizing a large volume of requests. The production assistant is highly organized, takes initiative, works collaboratively and manages deadlines.
While this is generally a daytime job, we occasionally need coverage for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Basic Qualifications: - Detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Capable of problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Digital *** experience a plus
- Knowledge of JIRA a plus
- Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred
