Bi-Coastal Television & Film Production based in Annapolis and Los Angeles, CA. is seeking, smart, empathetic interns with a good sense of humor and leadership skills. If you are interested in a small company that works on national film and television projects, you will be able to gain the type of practical knowledge not always taught at college and that is extremely important if you are seeking a career in the industry. Position begins June 2nd through the summer ending August 6th. Flex time 1-2 days a week is fine but must be available for the last two weeks (July 22 - August 5) full time.
For summer interns who get selected the summer will culminate into a very special film workshop, called FILMSTERS Academy from July 22 through August 5th. If time have the time and the heart to work with kids (11-18) as they are taught to pitch, write, produce, shoot, and edit a short film at our unique hands-on, experiential learning film camp in Annapolis Maryland this will be a memorable, intense time for learning and sharpening your own storytelling skills. You will also join an elite group of other interns, senior staff and masters of the art of filmmaking, which will help you with industry connections in the future. Must have at least one year of college behind you, be interested in the process of filmmaking and storytelling, and have basic technical and editorial skills needed to guide and create a short film and new media.
