Job Requirements: Must be local to location (or willing to work as a local).

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in the event, you will be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company. We will have two entertainment activations.

Dress: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, black shoes and socks.

Event Date: Saturday 3.25.23

Event Call-Time: 6am

Event Hours: 2pm - 5pm

Estimated End Time: 8pm

Event Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay rate: $300 day rate. No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your crew chief.

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Staff responsible for transportation to and from event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic

Direct and TD any assigned newscasts and productions
Create graphics daily using Photoshop and Deko
Train production crew in cameras, audio, graphics, etc.

Maintain production studio and control room
Perform other tasks related to the position as assigned, which may include website contribution

Requirements:

Experience directing and TDing newscasts
Knowledge of production standards and equipment
Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to clearly give direction to crew while under pressure
Typing and good spelling skills necessary
Ability to read and write, college degree preferred
Must be able to lift & position 40 pound lighting instruments

Role Summary:

The ****MO show is seeking a BOO**** PRODUCTION ASSISTANT to assist with all aspects of the show's booking of guests and production of segments. This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of 8 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Responsibilities:

Book guests/stories to appear on the show
Meet with guests who will appear on the show while they are in town
- Communicate with team about guests needs
- Finalize legal and guest paperwork for guests to appear on show
- Outreach to guests about stories to appear on the show
- Manage guests show day schedule i.e. hair, make-up, wardrobe, briefing
Involvement in all show-day procedures, assist the Producing and Production teams in all stages of production

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 6-months professional TV experience with a talk show or news program or other relevant entertainment experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams and navigating the internet
