We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Live Event Production Assistant (PA) with a passion for the tech industry to join our team for a 2-day tech conference. As a Live Event PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our event. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of event management, including registration, attendee flow, stage management, talent support, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic event team and gain hands-on experience in the live event production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Registration and Check-In: Assist with attendee registration, badge distribution, and check-in procedures. Provide a welcoming and efficient experience for conference participants.
Attendee Flow: Ensure smooth traffic flow in and around event areas, including entrances, exits, and common spaces. Address attendee inquiries and assist with crowd management when necessary.
Stage Changeovers: Collaborate with the production team to facilitate quick and seamless stage changeovers between sessions. Assist in setting up audiovisual equipment and ensuring all props and materials are in place.
Stage Management and Support: Work closely with the stage manager to coordinate the timing of presentations, speaker cues, and technical requirements. Provide support to speakers and presenters as needed.
Talent Assistance: Assist performers, speakers, and presenters with any pre-event and on-site needs. Ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver their best performances.
General Event Support: Be an all-hands-on-deck team player, assisting in various event-related tasks, including setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in event production, preferably in a live event or conference setting.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with audiovisual equipment.
Positive attitude and a willingness to tackle diverse tasks.
Availability to work for the full duration of the 2-day tech conference.

PA needed for project in Cleveland, OH on 10/12 - 10/13 (possibly also needed 10/11 and 10/14 for gear pickup/return - TBC)

Looking for a PA for a home renovation show filming for the weather channel in Jonesboro, AK (locations in Trumann & Marked Tree, AK). No previous experience necessary but must be a local to these areas. No travel or mileage is provided by production company.

Looking for a PA that can help producers at LAX. They will need help getting gear to the airport and getting gear picked up from the airport. Other responsibilities would include shipping media and printing releases and things as needed. This is an ongoing production with TBD dates.

Hello! Looking for a few PAs for a shoot in the Waterville/Augusta area from 10/23-11/4. Candidates will need to be able to lift 50 pounds and help our production on set as well as handle random runs, most of our days are 10-12 hours.
