Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Production Assistants (PAs) to join our team for an upcoming shoot. As a PA, you will work closely with the production team to ensure the smooth running of the shoot. The positions we are looking to fill include:

Client PA - responsible for supporting the needs of the client, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the shoot.

Contracts PA - responsible for exhibit Gs and ensuring all sag contracts are filled in by talent

On-set PAs - responsible for supporting the needs of the crew, assisting with setting up and running equipment, and ensuring the shoot runs smoothly. Set PAs who can double up as pass van drivers - responsible for assisting the transportation team with driving equipment and crew to and from set locations.

Production Assistant Job Tasks:
• Loading and unloading 18-26 ft. production trucks
• Heavy lifting, setting-up/tearing-down equipment (tables, chairs, lighting, pop-up tents, cables, store and errand runs, pick-up coffee and crafty).

Live Event that needs production support on an office PA level. This position will be client-facing so professional dress + conduct will be expected. All directions will come from the on-site PM

Dates: 6/19 - 6/20
**(estimated 7:30a-7:30p)

Rate: $300 / 12
Pay is $300/12. An invoice should be emailed to PM following the event. Start Paperwork will be sent prior to the event.

Location: New York Historical Society

Duties:
6/19 - finish badge printing, soft check-in set up, assist in PM Load-in responsibilities, assist with ordering/grabbing food & bev for crew
6/20 - set up check-in/registration and run check-in badge printing process with PM, runner onsite, assist in and PM responsibilities, assist with ordering/grabbing food & bev for crew.

Looking for a set PA for a 2 day shoot in NYC. This is an unscripted documentary style shoot where kids answer questions on a playground. Need a PA to do runs and lock ups.

Seeking a Production Assistant for a music documentary feature film.

Dates:

Only hiring team members who drive vehicles ranging from cargo vans to 16ft cube trucks.

Looking for a LOCAL PA in Newark, NJ with doc/reality credits.

Duties include, but are not limited to: placing lunch orders, picking up/loading/unloading gear, driving crew, getting releases signed, and assisting on set as needed.

Must have a valid driver's license and have experience/be comfortable with driving a cargo van, SUV, and minivan.

There may be a shoot a few hours from Newark. If so, hotel and per diem will be provided.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Tuckahoe, NY.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

Looking for an experience production assistant to join our crew for a one-day (full 12-hour), non-union, corporate shoot in Manhattan, NY + Brooklyn, NY.

Duties including supporting a lean crew of 5x and following a Hero vehicle.

You must have driving experience and comfortable driving in NYC.

Production crew will be filming an episode of the show Carnival Eats (Cooking Channel) in East Rutherford, NJ. We are looking for a local Production Assistant that is available to work 4 days between June 26-29, 2023.

Seeking someone motivated, eager and helpful in all areas with a CAN-DO attitude. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear around the fairgrounds, driving vans, getting lunch, running small errands, setting up and tearing down, watching gear, getting release forms signed and much more.

Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record, and must have own vehicle for transportation to location. Must be fully vaccinated. Pay is $225/shoot day. We also provide per diems for lunch.
