Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Production Assistants (PAs) to join our team for an upcoming shoot. As a PA, you will work closely with the production team to ensure the smooth running of the shoot. The positions we are looking to fill include:

Client PA - responsible for supporting the needs of the client, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the shoot.

Contracts PA - responsible for exhibit Gs and ensuring all sag contracts are filled in by talent

On-set PAs - responsible for supporting the needs of the crew, assisting with setting up and running equipment, and ensuring the shoot runs smoothly. Set PAs who can double up as pass van drivers - responsible for assisting the transportation team with driving equipment and crew to and from set locations.

The ideal candidates will have experience in the film and television industry, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills. If you are a team player who is passionate about the film industry, we encourage you to apply.

Production Assistant Job Tasks:
• Loading and unloading 18-26 ft. production trucks
• Heavy lifting, setting-up/tearing-down equipment (tables, chairs, lighting, pop-up tents, cables, store and errand runs, pick-up coffee and crafty).

Live Event that needs production support on an office PA level. This position will be client-facing so professional dress + conduct will be expected. All directions will come from the on-site PM

Dates: 6/19 - 6/20
**(estimated 7:30a-7:30p)

Rate: $300 / 12
Pay is $300/12. An invoice should be emailed to PM following the event. Start Paperwork will be sent prior to the event.

Location: New York Historical Society

Duties:
6/19 - finish badge printing, soft check-in set up, assist in PM Load-in responsibilities, assist with ordering/grabbing food & bev for crew
6/20 - set up check-in/registration and run check-in badge printing process with PM, runner onsite, assist in and PM responsibilities, assist with ordering/grabbing food & bev for crew.

I need a PA for two days, 6/7/23 and 6/14/23, to help load gear and run errands. Thank you.

Looking for a PA for a 1-day shoot who can drive a passenger van. We'll be heading to Staten Island at the beginning of the day and back to the Brooklyn area after we wrap! Will mostly need help with setting up and managing production holding areas, doing runs, and keeping our set tidy.

Production Assistant needed for one day shoot for documentary on LGBTQ+ Civil Rights in Philadelphia. Shoot will be primarily verite.

Production Assistant needed for two day shoot for documentary on LGBTQ+ Civil Rights in Washington DC. Job will include driving to Bel Air, MD one day and back, and picking up documentary subject. Shoot will be primarily verite.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Olathe, KS.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

Sportera Events (MUDGIRL Run) is currently seeking some rad Event Production Crew to join us at the Pocono Raceway (NYC and Philly area)! This is a 1 or 2 day (but yearly repeating) position paid at an hourly rate of $18/hr and $25 for travel.

THIS shift begins on Sunday, Jun 4 at 6:30p and ends at 5:30p. $225 cash for the full shift. Sometimes we may continue to work until 7pm for additional pay.

There is another shift on Saturday, Jul 3, during the same hours. You can optionally work that too if you message us.

What's a day in the life like?
-You'll start the day off stationed at registration, parking, merchandise, or bag drop assisting with payments and checking people in. Then you'll be positioned on the course during the end of the 5k run to ensure everyone you come into contact with gets a smile!
-After the last wave of participants, you'll work with the team to consolidate equipment, organize inventory, and disassemble obstacles!

Attire: Basic solid colored clothing will work - nothing profane or vulgar. Closed toe shoes a must! Keep an eye on the forecast, if it forecasts rain be prepared with a rain jacket! Bring work gloves to protect your hands.

We will be needing some extra hands at a live event in Atlanta June 16-18, 2023.

Assistant will be doing various jobs around the show floor, all of which you'll receive training on prior to the event opening. We work in a high volume environment and you must be comfortable standing for long periods of time on concrete floors.
