We are small crew looking for a Production Assistant local to the Clearwater area. Previous
set experience is preferred.

This position will require driving of company minivans and cargo
vans, along with crew and gear. Eligibility will be based on a driving/background check.

Should be knowledgeable about the area and freeways. Must be comfortable going on
runs and assisting with crew meal. As well as assisting with different departments on an as needed basis. Strong communication skills and a "can do" attitude" are a plus.

Must provide a valid drivers license & reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
-Production office set-up and maintenance 
-Tracking and re-stocking production supplies 
-Set-up and maintain craft services 
-Radio Sign In/Out
-Helping Clock In/Out Staff 
-Printing and copying (signage, paperwork, documents for client, etc)
-Assistance with furniture assembly and placement (tables, chais, storage shelves, etc,) 
-Errand running (hardware stores, general merchandise retail, specialty stores, coffee, meals) 
-Administrative tasks
-Cleaning and tidying 
-Assisting team with meal orders for key working positions. 
-Signage assembly and placement 
-Use of productionglue credit card and receipt tracking as instructed
-Help inventory onsite items (rentals, purchases, pg owned)

-Ability to lift up to 30lbs and be on your feet for long durations. 

$25/hour with OT after 40 hours/week

• Provides craft services to cast and crew on the production set.
• Collaborates in the collection of expense receipts, releases, and production gear.

• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Must be meticulous with exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications:
• Local hires (within 30 mile radius of listed location) preferred.
• Required to be on set location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving and parking a small van (up to fifteen passenger capacity).
• Competent in reading maps to prioritize daily travel routes.
• Practices good judgment and discretion.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced production environment, while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• Must be willing to work overtime when necessary, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Punctual with reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:

• This position requires moderate lifting of up to 45 lbs.
• This position works in a demanding environment, and the candidate should be able to manage changes and stress appropriately.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Eagan, MN.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

looking for a PA to help out a small crew with a shoot tomorrow, standard PA duties (firewatching, grabbing food, etc.)

Local PA needed in Rutland, VA. The Muse is looking for a PA to assist our Videographer during an onsite shoot on 5/15-5/16. The PA's main duties will be helping the videographer carry, load, set up and break down equipment.
