We are a doc series flying our Camera Operator to shoot an interview in Dallas, TX. We are looking for a local PA to support our Cam Op with airport pickup and returns as well as general assistance on the interview day.

We require a PA available for the following days:
March 3 – half day - minivan pickup followed by airport trip to pick up of Cam Op and drop off to shooting location
March 4 – full shoot at location followed by dropping off Camera Operator to airport and returning minivan

Full day rate - $250; half-day rate: $125

We practice stringent safe Set protocols, so will require a COVID negative test presented in advance as well as mask and face shield. Production will reimburse you for cost of PPE as well as ubers to and from the car rental agency to pick up a minivan.

Hiring multiple PAs for several dates between now and June.

Seeking field PAs with some experience handling releases (IMPORTANT), meals/crafty, and gear support. You basically need to be a jack of all trades.

Seeking an office PA (ideally one or two to use throughout the whole shoot). Must be good with release grids, cash and card account reconciliation, planning and ordering meals and facilitating travel.

Seeking one Production Assistant for the following dates in Magna UT:

3/16, 3/17 and overnight on 3/18

You will be responsible for various runs (crafty, wardrobe, props etc), taking lunch orders, airport runs, helping out on set, and assisting with anything else that may come up in the field. Must be comfortable working around high-profile talent and have a professional demeanor at all times.

Looking for locals that have reliable transportation only. Must be comfortable using your own car for production runs. We will reimburse for mileage for using your personal vehicle. Call times are always subject to change on our show, so we are looking for someone with a flexible schedule that can roll with the punches as things tend to change throughout the day.

Seeking experienced Production Assistant for HGTV On-Air+Digital video project in Wetumpka, AL. Must be local or work as a local & have reliable transportation. Team player attitude is a must!
Shoot will likely be 1-1.5 days and shoot dates are TBD but will likely land on week of 3/8 or 3/15 (these dates have all been included in job posting, but the shoot IS NOT a full two weeks - thanks for your understanding!).

Looking for 2 PAs for a 3 day shoot in Tampa, FL, US. Must be comfortable with getting Covid tested, which will be paid for by production.

Rate is $175/12hr day (breaks down to $12.50/hrs for the first 8hrs; x1.5 for every hour after). Strong possibility of working OT on the third day, so please be aware of that if you have to travel or start a new gig early the next morning.

Call time will be at our hotel (TBD, but near the location), and we'll caravan to location everyday or you will report straight to location every day.

Duties will include: Driving crew in production mini-vans, going on runs around town to pick up supplies, assisting Producers with getting visitors to sign Appearance Releases, and assisting with design and construction projects. Must have a keen attention to detail (don't want to go back to fix any mistakes in lunch orders, or items missed on supply runs).

Paychecks are paid through our payroll company: Entertainment Partners. They will be mailed out from Los Angeles the following business week.

-Fire Watch Van & Gear (may involve just sitting with the van)
-Drive Crew from Location to Location in provided Production Mini Van
-Helping Carry / Load & Unload Gear
-Taking Lunch Orders / Making sure lunch is on time
-Coffee/Crafty Runs
-Possible gear set up / c-stands, easy grip
-Keeping track of any PC & receipts given to you
(make sure any gas receipts have the gallons and cost per gallons and are not pre-paid. All food receipts have to be itemized)

** All positions will require a background check, completion of SafeSport training, and negative PCR Covid Test **

Table workers will run a small camera, keeping action in frame, while also inputting scoring & timing data into broadcast graphics software, as well as match information (name, weight class, etc). Table worker will also be responsible for starting/stopping recordings of each match. Workers will be trained with software on-site. Must be proficient with computers (specifically MacBooks, keyboard shortcuts) with an ability to keep camera shots steady. Must have reliable transportation.
