Car build series in 7th season looking for PAs to have on roster. Filming scheduled through January 2024 predominantly in Dripping Springs at one shop location.

PA Duties: Lunch orders and runs
Stocking & cleaning up crafty
Helping to carry gear on property
Helping producer with releases
Helping producer greek logos

Rate: $200/10
Must have vehicle- we pay mileage for runs during the day

The CMT/Paramount Events & Brand Experience Team is searching for Production Assistants with attention to detail, customer service, quick learner, great interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

The Production Assistants will be assisting the producers with a Pre-party, the Main Show, Post-party, Ram Jam concert and events, and a CMT Crossroads show. You must be professional, ethical, honest, and trustworthy.

The Press Production team supports all the logistical needs of the CMT Communications Department. The CMT “Comms” team owns the build of the Red Carpet, and the Press on the Red Carpet as well as the Press Room and Media inside the venue. Production Assistants will assist with various operations and logistics duties below to ensure the Red Carpet and Press room run flawlessly:

- Setting Up Press Production Office [printer, power, craft service, tables/chairs, signage]
- Setting Up Comms Office [printer, power, craft service, tables/chairs, signage]
- Managing Credentials [update the master google doc, print, collate]
- Creating Credential & Ticket Packets [organize and stuff packets for Media and Non-Show Talent walking the Carpet]
- Overseeing Build & Set Up Red Carpet [work with our partner JLC as they build the carpet, place water for media, label & mark out red carpet]
- Receipt Tracking [retain receipts & update the google doc with each purchase]
- Ordering Meals [research, place orders, & hand out meals for team & crew]
- Maintaining Radios [inventory radios, keep an updated sign-in/out sheet, ensuring radios/batteries are charged]
- Marking Media Seats [mark seats inside venue that are held for approved media]
- Setting Up Signage [set up signage related to check in, red carpet, press room, etc.]
- Going on “Runs” [go to Target, Staples, Lowes etc. for items needed onsite]
- Support Check In [support the press & non-show talent check-in table]
- Stock Craft Service [ensure that “crafty” (drinks & snacks) set-ups are always full]
- Updating Shared Docs [ensure all of shared docs are kept updated]
- Filing Working Docs [save & file the most updated working documents sent out]
- Support Flow of the Red Carpet [on show day, support the flow on the red carpet]

Previous production assistant experience is preferred.

Seeking Production Assistant for a documentary short.

Reality background is a PLUS
This person will be supporting on the ground for whatever the remote production team such as releases, runs, obtaining contacts on the ground, filming notes, etc.

ISO of a few experienced PAS for a recreation shoot in the Los Angeles area. PA should have credits in Recreation or in Reality. There will be Art Department elements and working actors as well as camera and audio tech crew. PA should have familiarity/ experience in working along side those departments in addition to standard set operations.

Seeking PA for non-scripted shoot local to Scottsdale AZ for 3 days 3/27-2/29.

Looking for a PA for a documentary/reality TV show for a week long shoot in Dallas, TX and Shreveport, LA (as well as some smaller towns between the two). You will be supporting the production team with runs and setting up/break down at each location, as well as anything else that comes up. You may also have to assist in driving crew members. Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.

You must have a valid Driver's License and you will be driving your own vehicle (mileage is reimbursed). Lodging each night will be provided by production - you will get a room in the crew hotel.

Looking for a PA to assist on a prep day for a construction show. Duties will include, going on runs, cleaning up the location, potential to lift heavy equipment. This should be a physical day. Please only apply if you are ok with that. Thank you!
