Must watch the games/ events and use a laptop or phone to keep score, updating the scores to our live stream. Depending on the sport it may entail inputting score, timing or entering team names, team colors or team logos or all of the above. The event producer will train all scorekeepers on our scoring program before the event starts. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include: Pitching story ideas, writing + edit producing short form features, music videos, opens, bumps, and teases. LA based production company looking for a Field Production Assistant for a docu-series.

The PA will take direction from the Field Coordinator and help the field team in any capacity necessary, especially in procuring appearance releases and setting up gear. Will be responsible for driving crew vans, ordering and picking-up crew meals, and tracking receipts.

Field PAs are responsible for assisting the field team with all aspects of the shoot and supporting the field team.

RELEASES
The Field PAs will assist in securing signed appearance, location and material releases. After every shoot day, the Field PAs will collect all signed releases and corresponding photos to bring back to the production office. The Field PAs will also ensure the Daily Clearance Report is complete and delivered to the Clearance Department.

CRAFT SERVICE & MEALS
The Field PAs are responsible to keep all craft services properly stocked on set. They are also responsible for taking lunch orders from the crew, ordering the meal and having it ready to serve in time for the scheduled meal breaks.

TRANSPORTATION
The Field PAs will be responsible for driving, refueling, loading/unloading and keeping all production vehicles clean and organized. When traveling, all gear and production supplies should be packed in a safe and secure manner.

$225 / 12hr Day

Requirements:
-Must have a clean driving record, valid driver’s license and comfortable driving cargo vans and mini vans.
-Must exhibit a positive and professional attitude
- PAs should feel comfortable at all times in asking questions and be willing to learn new and challenging material pertaining to Production in the office and field.

We are looking for Field PAs for our upcoming season of a long running, la based, docuseries. The season will run from 7/12 - 9/17 & shoots Tuesday - Saturday.

PAs will be assigned to one crew of 7 (Field Producer, 2 Cam Ops, Audio, AC, Logger & Field PA) for the season. PAs are responsible for getting their crew out the door in the morning - loading up crafty & walkies, packing up the cooler etc. On set responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting releases & taking wardrobe photos for cast and assisting their crew with any miscellaneous task needed on set. Should be great at staying in communication with Production while on set.

Field PA will drive crew vehicle which will likely be a mini van, but may be a sprinter so should be comfortable driving others & large cars.
