Seeking 8 motivated individuals with production experience for an experiential event in Los Angeles, LA. Project duration: 4/15 - 5/10.

You will be responsible for production runs, crafty, furniture assembly, back of house setup, attendee check-in, setting decor/furniture, etc.

Requirements:

- at least 2 years of experience as a production assistant or relevant experience
- driver's license + comfortable driving a cargo van
- ability to lift over 50 lbs
- excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
- team player with great communication skills + radio etiquette
- working with all departments on a production (talent, creative, props, technical)
- experience working on client-facing projects + experiential events are preferred but not required

We're looking for a mature, professional, friendly, and outgoing person to help us load in/out, set up, and sell T-shirts and CDs at our concert in LA on May 1st.

The compensation is $20 per hour, and it's approximately five hours of work.

We are looking for someone who is a clear communicator, positive, punctual, good organizational skills and has the ability to multitask efficiently to asses priorities in real time. Must have a vehicle for runs.

We are looking for PA's who can work in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidates should be familiar with Downtown Los Angeles, and be comfortable driving vehicles between a mini van and a 15 passenger van in LA traffic. PA's may also be driving executives, and should know the appropriate conduct when interacting with them.

Looking for a PA/Runner in Santa Monica, CA on 4/24 and 4/26. Must have experience with live production and access to a reliable vehicle. Responsibilities will include running errands (as needed), assisting with catering and craft services, and providing extra production support as needed.

Just finished up a shoot and am looking for PA's to help unload our truck full of gear on 4/15.

Prefer someone comfortable driving at 16/20ft box. You are not required to drive, but it's always useful to have comfortable drivers if needed.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Eagan, MN.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.
