Rate is $300/day, labor will be invoice with a 1099 (W-9) form.

We are looking for a few local production assistants who are able to work 3 days between April 15-17, 2024. Please have a truck or crossover vehicle to go on prop/production supplies runs.

Full time local Production Assistant needed for a reality show shooting in the OC/Santa Ana area.

Estimate 40-48 hours per week for approximately 17 weeks.
Monday - Friday but may need weekend flexibility.
$22.50 per hour
Tentative start 4/22

Responsibilities are primarily on set support, including but are not limited to, helping the crew load and unload equipment, distributing walkies, assisting with appearance releases, crafty runs, setting up meals, and general day to day on set help. On non shoot days this position will include some remote office assistance with customary paperwork, scouts, and runs.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance since driving is a requirement of the job. Mileage reimbursement between locations and runs. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

Need an additional PA for a shoot in Norfolk on 4.20 (4.21 is also a possibility as a second day, TBD).
Extra hands on deck - usual PA tasks like driving one of the mini vans, loading gear in and out, fetching crafty and meals. We can provide a crew hotel, if needed.

Qualifications:
• Local hires (within 30 mile radius of listed location) preferred.
• Required to be on set location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving and parking a small van (up to fifteen passenger capacity).
• Competent in reading maps to prioritize daily travel routes.
• Practices good judgment and discretion.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced production environment, while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• Must be willing to work overtime when necessary, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Punctual with reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:
• This position requires the candidate to be able to sit or stand for the duration of their shift.
• This position requires moderate lifting of up to 45 lbs.
• This position works in a demanding environment, and the candidate should be able to manage changes and stress appropriately.

Work Environment:

We frequently perform in this location and want to test out hiring a PA. If things go well working with them, we may re-hire them and offer a higher rate depending on experience.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Eagan, MN.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

Local PA needed in Rutland, VA. The Muse is looking for a PA to assist our Videographer during an onsite shoot on 5/15-5/16. The PA's main duties will be helping the videographer carry, load, set up and break down equipment. The PA is also responsible for ensuring the shoot stays on schedule, as well as managing potential noise interruptions during interviews.
